Lovely hotel with views over the river. Room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Food at the hotel was good and all the staff we met were friendly and well organised. Special mention to the breakfast team who were all lovely and made us feel well looked after.

A very enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and there was a very comprehensive evening meal menu. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again when in the area.

Nice hotel, restaurant and bar with very friendly staff

Riverside is based in an idyllic setting on the banks of the river Severn. There is a giant outdoor garden with lots of different areas so you can always find a spot to view the river. The accommodation was of a very high standard and the service and care by both the staff and management was incredible. We will certainly return.

Stayed for one night whilst away on business, what an incredible setting to stay.
Staff were amazing, helpful and polite. Even when the fire alarm went off, due to a fault, they couldn't have done more to help and reassure.

Will definitely stay again.

A beautiful old inn with modern features in a setting that overlooks the Sevrn River. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The rooms are well appointed and excellently maintained. There is an elegant bar and restaurant where the food and drink was delicious. They have a great entertaining space outdoors where you can have a party or entertain a group. We had a fun and relaxing stay and would happily return.

Great service from the off, I received a free update which was very nice after a long week. Room was spacious, clean, bathroom was nice and lovely towels. Bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well (could of slept in)

The room had a lovely view of the river

This is a great inn, beautifully decorated, and with a really nice outdoor area. Staff were very friendly and the food was good. Our room was a nice size and had an iron, ironing board and fan.

Thie Riverside Inn was a great base fior us to explore the area. Room 2 was spectacular! Only one very minor comment the Full English brreakfast was delicious apart from the packet sausages, they were not in keeping with the rest of the breakfast.

Beautiful location and hotel. Lovely staff. Very relaxing. Couldn’t ask for more.

A tale of two sides here, as the room was superb, really stunning. However the service really let it all down in places, as did the food. Our breakfast the first morning was barely edible, my eggs were beige and grey sausages, so it prompted us to avoid the full breakfast the next day. We asked for toilet roll and the manager said he’d get it to our room, we’re still waiting on it and not holding our breath. The floor sinks in places too, as a note, and the TV isn’t mounted to the wall safely! That’s about the gist of it all.

Fantastic location overlooking the Severn.
We stayed in bedroom 2 which was verry well appointed. large bed, large bathroom with a nice deep double end bath and separate walk-in shower.
Food choices were great for evening meals and the choice for breakfasts was impressive.
We will certainly use this inn again.
