Rude staff member - mother & child - no access to the hotel

One of the staff member literally told me to go to another hotel, when I asked again for the
I arrived at the hotel around 8 PM with my child, only to find that all surrounding streets were closed due to roadworks. The hotel never informed guests about this, despite sending multiple SMS and WhatsApp messages about early check-in. There was no alternative address or clear instructions on how to reach the hotel or find parking.

When I called for help, I was told they would send the correct address. After waiting 10 minutes in an unfamiliar city at night with a child, I called again and was told: “Find another hotel.”

This single interaction completely ruined the entire experience. No matter what else the hotel does well, treating guests this way is unacceptable.

Another person tried to compensate by giving me parking for free, I appreciate.
