No hot water (just lukewarm), door didn't always latch properly, strong scented cleaning products were overpowering.

Homeless all around property. I was called by front desk at midnight and accused of acting strange because I went for a walk to stretch my legs after an 11 drive. Paying customers shouldn’t be tread this way. A properties homeless problem is not that of the customers and they shouldn’t be mixed up.

Hotel is cute and sweet. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. Great shower with excellent shower pressure. The art has pizazz! Our room was trendy and stylish. The staff is incredible especially Fidel. He gave us amazing Sushi recommendation’s. Overall we really liked it. We would stay again for sure. I only suggest housekeeping dust behind the TV stand.
Dusty behind TV. Panel on one bed mattress stand was falling and taped poorly with blue tape. I wish those things didn’t happen but it was understandable.

No heating in the bathroom and it was really cold.
Location was good, could walk to get food.
-Room gets cleaned every two days?
-Had to walk to front desk for towels only to be told it's under the sink, went under the sink and only one towel! A sign telling people would be nice!
-Bath robe was filthy had mold, blood and dirt on it
- Asked for extra blanket was told it would come....waited for an hour, went to the front desk to ask again, he said, she didn't bring it to you? He had to close the front office to go somewhere to get it (follow up much?)
- Sink was filthy, had some film buildup on it, needs a good scrubbing
- Something under the HVAC room unit, turned out to be a dirty feather, when looked under the wall was black and filthy!!!
-there was no bottles of water in the room. We asked the front desk and they were like "you didn't see any bottle of water in the room?" we looked again, no water and they said they would bring us some and never did.
This place has promise but you can tell there is zero effort for the smaller room we were in, looked cheap (bathroom wall moldings misaligned)....Claudia the owner really needs to visit and inspect her parents motel....still run like a motel...very disappointing
