Great Location - Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The hotel staff was very welcoming and warm and helpful - from the front desk to the restaurant to the bell man. The hotel's location is ideal - my sons live in the West and East Villages respectively and I was able to easily walk to their locations plus much of the rest of this area of Manhattan. The room was very comfortable and my street-facing window was large.

Pros:

The room was compact but clean well laid out. I was traveling alone so it worked well for me. It would have been too small for two people to stay in the room with more than two pieces of luggage.

Cons:

An iron or a steamer would have been appreciated.
