Tuve un problema con la tarjeta no la pudieron confirmar y en 2 horas me cancelaron la reserva y me dejaron en “la calle” con 2 niños de 8 y 11 años y -5°C.
Yo venía en un vuelo trans continental y estaba durmiendo, cuando lo vi tenía 2 emails en el espacio de 2 horas.
hice la reserva con 2 meses de antelación y tuvieron todo el tempo del mundo para confirmar el pago. Pero por esas dos horas lo cancelaron cuando yo había avisado de mi llegada.

Fabulous!!
Pros:

The welcome to start our stay was lovely, very helpful, gave us all information that we needed. Our stay was so comfortable, so relaxing. quite possibly the most perfect spot to everything we wanted to do walking distance. It was just perfect! The hotel had a quirky feel but smart. Room service everyday, very clean and you can smell how clean it is when you first walk through reception. We had an outstanding stay and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Tolles Hotel! Zimmer mit Ausblick lohnt sich, da man eine großartige, unverbaute Sicht auf Downtown Manhattan und das World Trade Center hat.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür klappert, wenn auf dem Gang ein anderes Zimmer geschlossen wurde. Nach gewisser Zeit hat man sich daran gewöhnt, zu Beginn war es doch etwas störend.

I am currently on hold for now fifteen Minutes. Speaking to guest assistances….
Pros:

The location, the bed and view were excellent

Cons:

Communication with a fire alarm late evening on Sunday Feb 8, alarm, voice explanation, then a reassurance of false alarm, then twenty mins later? Another alarm with no explanation. We got dressed walked down to lobby from 27th floor- to be safe, only to be told at the front desk that someone set the alarm off again when re setting the alarm. So, interrupted sleep, but for safety- understood. When alarm went off again with no explanation, how were hotel guests supposed to rest ? Were we suppose to intuitively know someone set off the alarm when re setting it?

Die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn
Pros:

Die Aussicht war unglaublich (33. Stock)
Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Einrichtung modern. Es ist ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden und man kann gratis Wasser bei einem Wasserspender auffüllen.
Klima/Heizung sind super.

Cons:

Es gab relativ wenig Möglichkeit Dinge zu verstauen. Über die Woche hat sich überall immer mehr Staub abgelegt.
Die Badtür lässt sich nicht verschließen (Schiebetür) und es bleibt ein kleiner Spalt.

Great value for NYC. Awesome location! Everything you need.
Pros:

Your personel are really great. All around friendliness from the front desk, to the bar staff, to the cleaning and maintenance staff. They seem to be happy employees and enjoy working together. I love the patio in the nice weather.

Cons:

Waited a bit for service at the bar, but overall really nice.

זה מלון שבמחיריו הרגילים לא בטוח שהייתי יושבת לשהות בו, המיקום המתקנים והצוות הפכו את השהות שלנו בניו יורק לפשוט מושלמת

המיקום היה מושלם, במרחק הליכה קצרה מתחנת רכבת תחתית שבקור היה דבר חשוב מאוד. הצוות של המלון היה מאוד נעים, מקצועי ונכון לסייע. החדש היה מאוד נקי וכל יום ניקו לנו את החדר, סידרו אותו והחליפו מגבות. הנוף היה מושלם!!!!
