Cons:

Staff was not that friendly or attentive. Employees at bar were unprofessional and having personal discussions about guests sitting at bar. They were also not that friendly or welcoming. It felt like we were bothering them if we asked a question.

Pros:

The front desk staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Juan was especially helpful and kind, he helped me and my cousin change rooms and assisted with our reservation when our travel plans changed due to the blizzard storm that occurred. Thank you Juan.

Fantastic
Pros:

Landmark view was incredible and absolutely worth the extra money. Overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and staff were attentive. Complimentary water and credit. Coffee was great. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Cons:

Duvet cover was too thin but that is personal preference.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I had a fantasic stay at Motto. Super friendly staff, beautiful design of restaurant, reception, bar, corridors and rooms. Great comfortable bed and strong shower. And the view!

Cons:

The restaurant coulkd be rather noicy, but then again everything is super isolated so the room was very quiet.

The only thing i think is not okay is the fact there is no closet whatsoever in the (small) toom. That sucks, I mean I'm not paying for a rather expensive 4 star hotel to live out of my suitcase for a week!

There were some hangers, so you could some clothes on the wall, but come on!!!

Great location, great staff, and a great restaurant, but the room size was very disappointing.
Pros:

The staff was excellent throughout the hotel, including in the restaurant.

Cons:

The beds and room size felt very tight and small. I also didn’t like that the bathroom sink was in the main sleeping area, and the bathroom doors didn’t fully close.

A terrific hotel in the heart of Manhattan
Pros:

It's in the heart of Chelsea and close to everything. Stayy is super friendly and bed and shower is great. Restaurant has great food. Room is a bit small though, and as such there is no closet space. That's the only bad thing.
