I think for the money, the rooms should have basic dishes, soap…. a cup to rinse my mouth in the bathroom. Overall, though, everything was great. Super clean and every staff member was amazing.

My wife went to the front desk and asked for another pillow and the employee told her that they didn’t have extra pillows. My back was severely spasming I needed another pillow to put under my knees to help give me some relief from the pain. I was not happy!!
The breakfast was great!

Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

The hotel is poorly managed
They charge me an extra fee for checking in 2 hours before 3pm.
In the 2 days I was there the room was never cleaned and the bed not made towels not replaced
Breakfast is tasteless the Eggs cold and the place filthy

Our room's air conditioning was not working and our stay was in the middle of summer. This meant the room was muggy and warm at all times. We asked to change rooms but none were available. By the second day, they sent someone to fix the A/C but there wasn't much he could do according to him. We were never comfortable throughout our stay. The towels were another situation, apparently the washer/dryer in the hotel was not working so we were given pool towels that were in bad shape. I spoke to the front desk attendant about these problems and he promised to give me a partial refund, this has not happened. I have an event that brings me to the area annually, but I will not return to this property.

Receptionist was phenomenal. Room had a minor smoke smell my child noticed right away but not strong enough to complain. Overall for the price we paid no complaints.
