es war schon besser

ich habe nicht gefrühstückt - es müsste auch ein ganz kleines Frühstück mit Getränk und Butterbrezel geben
alles andere ist mir zu viel
Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich

dass nur 1 Satz Handtücher statt 2 zur Verfügung stand, die immer alle gewaschen werden müssen, so schont es besser die Umwelt

Cons:

Zimmer mit 26,5 bzw. 27 Grad viel zu warm - trotz mehrfachem Reklamierens, keine Besserung
Fenster konnte ich zwar öffnen, aber es war viel zu laut an der Strasse

Tür hat nicht richtig geschlossen, Hausmeister kam zwar - zunächst war es besser - später nicht mehr, das war nervig

Wasserhahn in der Dusche war nicht nutzbar mit seifigen Fingern, lief zu schwer, ich musste erst Seife entfernen und hände trocknen, um mir wieder die Seife abzuduschen

Great stay
Pros:

Very welcoming people at the reception. All was good. We needed a dog bed and a dog bowl that was provided straight away. Great location - right next to the U-Bahn stop.

Cons:

The room is on a smaller size. But other than that all was good
