Seascape Grace Bay Hotel & Townhome Villas

Very kind staff, super clean house. We had everything we needed in the house. The buggy ride to the beach was especially useful!

An excellent get away location for family and friends. Quiet, clean and beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach and other restaurants.

The Seascape was lovely and so were the staff, particularly Alex, Daniel and Shawnette. I would stay here again under the right circumstances, but here are the things should should know;
PROS - We stayed in a king bed room and it is exactly as you see in the photos. Very modern, stark white and clean. The beds, though very firm, were comfortable for us. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful. The pool area is clean and peaceful, but the mosquitos kept us away from enjoying it. We had a car so we didn't use it, but Daniel was ready to shuttle to the beach, which is less than five mins away, upon request. The location is very accessible to the main strip of Grace Bay, as well as Leeward Highway which gives you access to the rest of the island.

CONS - There is one small window in the room which receive ZERO natural light and the recessed lighting is doctor's office bright. There is one bedside table lamp and that is what we used for light most of the time, because the sterile bright white light of the overheads was very unappealing.
The placement of the outlets was such that we had to rearrange furniture to be able to use some of our accessories. We asked about an extension cord and were told to 'make do'.
The stairs, corridors and room are all appointed with the same white tile. It looks very nice but when it rains, which it does often, it becomes a very slippery hazard.
Drainage across the entire island is a problem and the Seascape is no exception.

I truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be revisiting. The staff was amazing and made our stay at the resort a pleasant experience.

Daniel and Alex were the absolute BEST! They seriously did everything for us and made us feel so spoiled the whole trip. Not only were they on top of everything, but they were also the sweetest and most genuine people. They made our stay in Turks unforgettable—we already miss them!

My stay was absolutely fantastic from check in to check out. Everyone was absolutely helpful, especially the hotel manager. She helped with any questions I had, especially for it being my first time in the Caribbean. The property is large, but felt very homey. The pool being 24 hours is a major plus for the warm evenings. Only a 6 min drive to the main part of the island.

The hotel is nice but Daniel (staff member) made our stay there wonderful! Daniel went above and beyond and we were so grateful he was on shift everyday of our stay. He helped us with excursions, taxis, food recommendations, you name it! The only con was we didn’t really care for the woman who works in the office during the day. Overall would stay again. SN: Mr grouper’s (popular restaurant) is within walking distance. The hotel has dedicated golf carts to take you to and from the beach (very short trip), rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the entire property is very well kept and clean.

Just got back from a girls trip and stayed in the townhomes at Seascape. Everything was brand new and so clean!! The pool and the grounds were gorgeous, and the staff were beyond amazing!!! Daniel and Max shuttled us back and forth from the beautiful Grace bay beach and made sure we had chairs and umbrellas! Dyshawn and Kinesha in the office helped us with reservations, our rental car, and anything else we needed while we were there. We were close enough to walk to the Fish Fry they have every Thursday night, and also walked to several other restaurants that were on the beach. Anything we wanted to do was nearby. The Seascape is a hidden gem, and we were so so happy we found it!!! This was a perfect place to stay and we will definitely be back soon!!!

It was very well kept, the rooms were very clean, the staff very attentive.. What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏

Daniel was very helpful, as well as the others he was working with. Always had a golf cart ready to go!

There was a draining problem in our bathroom sink (the water filled up when on) so naturally this added to the time it takes to brush your teeth/wash your face (unless you’re okay with the water splashing) *im not*

The house keeping staff came daily so that was a plus but I’m used to having bedding changed out every few days (this didn’t happen, I’m sure you can request it)

There was no breakfast or anything like that and the one location they drive you on the golf cart isnt a breakfast spot. The few breakfast areas were located 1mile from the hotel which is advertised as a 5min walk, I assure you it is not a 5min walk as that’s about the time it took the taxi to drive us each day ($12 to and from) if you’re like me you’ll probably want to explore a bit and that naturally adds to the cost of getting a taxi back to the hotel.

I would like if even water was a daily complimentary thing especially since nothing was complimentary after day one. Turks and Caicos was reviewed as a pricey vacation based on what I researched ahead of time so one reason I picked this hotel was because the advertising of being so close to Grace bay but to walk everyday for over a mile while on vacation just to start your morning with some breakfast? It wasn’t really worth it in my opinion. I would rather have paid extra for a hotel with either complimentary breakfast or one on the strip (the hotel recommended a rental which was about $$$ for the 5days)

This hotel is a scam the black girl in the Office said there will be a $750 deposit and it will be all returned after check out, My friend waited in the office for checkout over an hour and was told that the $750 deposit will go back to the Card, the next day I received only $650 back to my card and I called to see what was the reason they lied and said that the Linen and towels was destroyed however, no one reached out to no numbers or emails on file to indicate that $100 was being taken out of the deposit for the reason I then asked for pictures with the times stamps showing that there was Make Up
• on the linen and
towels, it has been three days and no one has sent that to my email as of yet as well as no one has showed me a receipt that the towels and linen costed them $100 to replace it's funny how they charged it after we checked out and left and admitted that they did not do a walk-through of the room at the time of checkout, which is something that suppose to be done at time of check out. The whole hotel is a scam. We were there for four days and no one ever came to change the sheets on the bed or give new towels. The excuse was that they were low on staff do not visit this hotel. They are a scam. They will find a reason to take some of your deposit the worst stay ever. And a $750 deposit is ridiculous to begin with !

I appreciate the “happy birthday” sheet that they placed on one of my beds. I also liked the convenient location from/to the beach and shopping area.

The only thing I did not like was my rooms window view, which only showed the second floor balcony, and the second receptionist upon my departure, who vividly showed an impatient attitude amongst the guest, including myself…

The location was very convenient to the beach and shopping center, however the surrounding area was a tad sketchy, and stray dogs barked the whole night the two nights that I stayed there.

However, the view of my hotel room was not the best, as it only displayed the second floor balcony, and the last receptionist that I encountered upon my departure appeared to have an attitude, and impatience with every guest that walked in the office, including myself.

I spent 2 days and 2 nights at The Seascape Hotel. My particular room was clean and spacious, and I liked the setup of the room. They also covered one of my beds with a “Happy Birthday” sheet, which I found very thoughtful being that I came on my birthday. I also liked how convenient the hotel was to the beach…

However, I did not like the view of my rooms’ window, which showed only the outside banister, and the surrounding area was a bit sketchy, in which stray dogs barked all night.

The lady who greeted me when I first got there on my birthday was kind and welcoming, yet the lady at the front desk who was there the following day had bit of an attitude and nonchalant demeanor…

Nice property! Very kind staff!! Enjoyed the pool and bikes. Was not sure what to expect since the main entrance to the property is on a dirt road.
