Fabulous hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing uncomfortable stay in a stunning hotel!
Pros:

Location, general styling and aesthetic, well appointed rooms, excellent parking. Hotel had an excellent breakfast and great restaurant options. Amazing indoor pool and spa. Absolutely loved it!

Wunderbares Berghotel, wir kommen immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Tolles Ambiente, tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, Spa und Fitness sehr gut

Cons:

Denke des Zimmers unter dem Dach sehr niedrig, ich konnte nicht aufrecht stehen (bei normalen 180 cm Grösse)

Lovely hotel with convenient parking and a great spa

Nice spa area, room was clean and nicely decorated and breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Worst hotel ever.
Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering the price and standard this hotel claims to offer.

My room had a strong sewage smell and an unacceptable amount of dust. I had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness issues.

The worst part was the service. The manager was dismissive and unpleasant, making me feel as though I could simply pay and leave if I wasn’t happy.

Breakfast was also very poor, with an extremely limited selection.

Overall, definitely not the level of cleanliness, service, or hospitality I expected. I would not recommend this hotel.

تعامل الاستقبال كان ممتاز ..

للاسف سابقا كان فيه تكييف.. حالياً غير مكيف والجو كان حار.. حجزت باطلالة وللاسف كان فيه مباني امامي تحجب الرؤية والاطلاله خلف المباني.. الافطار محدود .. وعند صنع البيض طلبنا منه تغيير المقلاة والملعقة لانه يصنع بنفس المقلاة بيض بلحم الخنزير رفض.. والدخول والخروج من الفندق للشارع متعب.. السعر مقابل الحجز كان مرتفع ..

Très bel endroit proche de tout .
Pros:

L accueil , le parking et le spa sur réservation étaient parfait

Cons:

La chambre sous pente n était pas du tout confortable donc nous avons pu changer pour la 2 eme nuit .
Ensuite nous étions en rdc avec terrasse avec une chambre plus confortable mais pas de chance nous étions voisin de chambre avec un américain qui a téléphoné en pleine nuit à 3 h du matin sous nos fenêtres et j ai du aller 2 fois lui dire qu il nous réveillait en plein sommeil 😡

Gut aber viel zu teuer
Pros:

Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber viel zu teuer und durch die Preislage hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen.
Schönes Spa und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung: Für den sehr hohen Preis hatten wir durchweg viel höhere Erwartungen, wurden jedoch immer wieder enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier einfach nicht.
Geruchsbelästigung: Im Zimmer sowie auf dem Flur hat es mehrmals stark nach Abwasser gestunken, was wirklich sehr unangenehm war.
Check-in: Die Anreise verlief schleppend – wir mussten über 15 Minuten auf den Check-in warten.
Frühstücksservice: Der Service beim Frühstück war wechselhaft; an manchen Tagen aufmerksam, an anderen Tagen eher mäßig.
