设施比较新，但响应诉求很慢
Pros:

设施挺新的，还有车可以接送火车站，距离first山很近，阳台可以看到山景，早餐还可以。

Cons:

走廊的灯是坏的，门前非常昏暗，从入住第一天就像前台反映了，一直没有修理，倒数第二天给补充mini bar的人反馈了，还当着面进行了维修订单提交，说30分钟就会来，但直到最后一天退房也没人给修理，让人感觉非常不开心。另外，酒店房间内的光线比较昏暗。

ラグジュアリーで素晴らしかった。
Pros:

部屋から見えるアイガーに癒される。部屋が広くて快適。スパは予約が必要だが、空いていて落ち着く。
朝食の品数が多く美味しい。

Cons:

部屋のシャワーが使いにくい。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが交換されていなかった。主張が必要。

Great location, amazing views and clean rooms
Pros:

Amazing experience! Loved everything about the property and location. They offer pickup and drop off to the train station. The hotel is amazing! Clean and spacious.

Cons:

Only minor problem was the smell coming from the drainage of the bathroom. The housekeeping team really tried their best to help.

Pros:

Modern eingerichtet, freundliches Personal. Kleiner Spa Bereich jedoch diverse Saunen mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Es ist gut, dass der Zugang zum Spa eingeschränkt wird. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr dunkel aufgrund der schwarzen Fliesen (nicht mein Stil).
