Amazing hotel but few improvements would make it next level
Pros:

Fabulous hotel - free spa, minibar included, free shuttle
Stylish interior and friendly staff

Cons:

Mattress hard and lacking lighting in the room, would be nice to have a charging point at the bed rather than other side of room
Used spa twice on one occasion it was way to busy to use and we ended up going back to room even tho we booked however other time was amazing

Wir würden wenn wir nach Grindelwald fahren wieder dort übernachten
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Minibar kostenlos inklusive, schöner Spa-Bereich

Cons:

Das Licht im Zimmer sollte bei Bedarf etwas heller sein. Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck waren für uns als Fotografen etwas begrenzt.

Just awesome!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! You can request eggs cooked your way. Assortment of cheeses, fruits, veggies, meats, etc. Unlimited mimosas, freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of fresh bread, etc. The hotel itself was furnished and artfully decorated with with amber colored lights contrasting with red and black. Crystal water decanters, crystal water glasses, dried wild floral arrangements, cushiony spa slippers and robes. The spa amenities were great especially after a day of adventuring outdoors. Staff members were courteous and accommodating especially Vanea (bfast staff), Ivy (dinner staff); Complimentary shuttle drivers David and another guy whose name I’ve forgotten were both great! We had a corner room with balcony and panoramic view on the first floor (111). But the views would be much better and unobstructed on a higher floor. Location was central to cable cars, restaurants and a variety of stores. Definitely recommend this hotel and town if you’re into adventures

אין מזגן חברים !!! איך בשנת 2026 אין מזגן בחדרים? מתנו מחום מזל שהיינו בחודש אוקטובר היינו כל הזמן עם מרפסת פתוחה., יש להם איזה תריס כזה שמחמם קבוע את החדרים כאילו שמו לנו על קירור , איזה רעש כאילו יש לנו משאית בחדר ביקשנו לסגור זה היה בלתי נסבל - אין שליטה מהחדרים במיזוג כל דבר צריך לבקש מהם אבל אין מזגןןן קחו את זה בחשבון זה נורא ואיום סבל בל יתואר.

החדרים חשוכים אין אור , לא ברור מזה החסכנות הזו בחשמל .

רמת נקיון מ1 עד 10 הייתי שמה 5, המצעים הוחלפו אבל הרצפה הייתה מלאה בפירורים והשטיח היה מסריח בטירוף.

אם מגיעים משפחה - קחו בחשבון שהמקלחות שקופות כלומר כולם רואים את כולם ערומים - הגענו למלון אני ואבא שלי ולא הסכימו לעשות מאמץ למצוא חדר מתאים, היינו צריכים לתמרן עם המקלחות ובאופן כללי לא נראה לי לעניין גם בשביל זוגות לראות זה את זו ערומים מתקלחים במצבים אינטימיים מעבר למקלחת פשוטה.

ארוחת בוקר - עלובה , אין מבחר של קורנפלקסים , לא נתקלתי בשוקולד , והמכונות קפה לא עובדות ועד שמתקנים יש התנפלות ואין כוסות ואומרים לך בפנים שאין מה לעשות אין כוסות, והאוכל רובו הוצא מהקפאה ואפילו לא טרחו להסתיר את זה פשוט דמו את זה קפוט - כמו פנקייקים קפואים וופל בלגי קפוא, כנל לגבי לחמניות.

לגבי הטענה שהם ריזורט - הדבר הראשון שעולה בראש זה בריכה , ג׳קוזי וסאונה חופשי - אך לא כך הדבר צריך לשריין מקום מראש בשעות מאוד לא גמישות שהם קבעו , אין להיכנס עם פלאפון לאיזור כי הם מכריחים את כולם להיות ערומים בסאונה ולא מרשים ללבוש בגד ים ... לא הבנתי מזה הסטיה הזו ואם לא בא לנו להתפשט וגם אנחנו משפחה שבאה להתארח בריזורט למה אנחנו צריכים לראות זה את זו ערומים.
שירות חדרים - מתקשרים ואין מענה ואם יש מענה תצטרכו להמתין 40 דק אם בכלל.

מלון הזיה לא שווה את הכסף , תתרחקו כמו מאש הם גם מוחקים תגובות בגוגל ובאינסטגרם אז ראו הוזהרתם!!!!

駅からは少し距離と登り坂があります
Pros:

部屋はまあまあ綺麗で朝食は美味しかった。

Cons:

窓の外の景色は良くなかった。駅からは10分の登り坂でした。駐車場が少しわかりづらかった。
