Zimmer- und Spabereich- Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau, extrem gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr nettes Per
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, wunderschöne und saubere Zimmer, unglaublich toller moderner SPA- und Fitnessbereich, sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück und dazu noch eine Top Lage ( keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß ) bis bis zur First-Gondel. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke :-)

Pros:

Nous séjournons pour la 3ème fois dans cet établissement.
L'hôtel est beau ,propre , l'espace spa est vraiment chouette.
Restaurants très bons.

Cons:

C'est la première fois qu'on nous impose des tranches horaires pour le spa ( un créneau de 1h par jour le matin ou le soir). On nous a accordé exceptionnellement un créneau le matin (je précise le spa était vide ) c'était largement accessible et on voyait clairement que cela contrariait le personnel..je précise nous étions présents en semaine hors vacances scolaires.
Expérience mitigée alors que nous aimions venir a l'hôtel pour le spa, l'espace repos.
Nous ne sommes pas sûr de revenir dommage.

A truly luxurious stay
Pros:

Very luxurious hotel with friendly attentive staff. The underground parking was spacious and a good height. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Our dog was made very welcome allowed to breakfast and dinner. She also had her own bed and blanket provided. The breakfast was excellent. The sister restaurant Pinte had a well priced al a carte menu and a good atmosphere.

Cons:

The main restaurant seemed pricey.

The best stay for our honeymoon!
Pros:

The staff was amazing, breakfast included was a huge plus and it was delicious. Spa amenities were perfect!
We also chose to have dinner and a lunch at BG’s grill downstairs, and it was by far the best food we had while in Switzerland.
Shuttle to and from the train station was so easy and helpful with our luggage.
We did cosy eiger room, our balcony faced the back of the building in front of us but were able to see the mountain to the left of our balcony & it was a fantastic view! Perfect walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Even though it was March, it was very sunny and warm- the rooms were quite warm even with windows open. Maybe next time we’d request a fan. Otherwise this was the perfect stay!!!

Dissapointing stay
Pros:

Location is great , breakfast buffet is tasty, facilities are lovely

Cons:

I have been coming to this hotel since 2021. I am a valued customer and have recommended many people to this hotel and restaurant. I was so excited to share this place with my family for a ski week and I was sadly, very let down. I didn't get the rooms I reserved, the staff were unfriendly to my niece and nephew and breakfast and dinner. We were treated not to the standard I was expecting considering how loyal I've been. I hope this was just a bad week but it will be a long time, if ever, that I return to this hotel. A dissapointing week in a 5* hotel.

Perfect
Pros:

De atmosfeer is fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht, heerlijk eten, bar en spa. En vooral belangrijk heerlijke bedden! Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Restaurant eten aan prijzige kant voor wat je krijgt.

We had a good week staying here. The staff are super helpful and made the stay most memorable.
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location with lovely views. It was a short walk to the main road where the bus runs.
There was a good atmosphere in the public areas and we enjoyed being there at the end of the day.
Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from.
The bathroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There wasn’t a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the bar to have before dinner . We are used to Italian aperitivo type things. There are drinks available for free in the room but we wanted to be able to enjoy the bar area. Our room had a few things that needed repairing . Broken handles and things a little worn.
The common areas needed some fabric replaced as well.
