Pros:

Tolle Lage im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Kleiner aber feiner Wellnessbereich. Schöne Einrichtung im Haus und den Zimmern. Wir fühlten uns mit unserem Hund willkommen.
Tolles feines Restaurant. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und hatte zu wenig Beleuchtungsmöglichkeit.

Extremely disappointing stay due to unprofessional staff and unacceptable service.

The location and mountain views are nice, and the hotel design is modern.

Cons:

My experience was very disappointing, mainly due to unacceptable staff behavior. The room service staff member was extremely unprofessional and spoke in a rude and inappropriate manner, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome—as if guests were being pushed to leave rather than properly hosted.

Additionally, the reception service was very poor. There was no one available at the front desk when I arrived, and I had to wait for someone to open the door. When I finally entered from another door, I found the receptionist sleeping. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a hotel of this level.

Overall, the service and staff attitude seriously impacted the quality of our stay.

Beautiful stay, breathtaking location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, smart, clean, luxurious - extra special touches for my birthday weekend away

Cons:

On the expensive side, but very worth it and felt luxury. Tiny tiny thing - pillows could have been comfier.
