Super Hotel um Sofia zu erkunden
Pros:

+Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
+Das Personal spricht gut Englisch
+Das Zimmer war sauber
+Die Haltestelle für das Tram war vor dem Hotel und das Zentrum war gut zu erreichen mit dem ÖV
+ Das Hotel ist modern und verfügt über eine Rooftop Bar
+Wasserspender auf jeder Etage
+ Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

?Der Verdunklungsvorhang im Zimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck nicht. Schlafmaske nicht vergessen
?Wenn Frühstück ab 7.30h angekündigt ist, sollte es auch um diese Zeit vollständig angerichtet sein.
-Pool kann nicht bewertet werden, da dieser bereits geschlossen war

Pros:

The hotel’s location was great. One can easily reach the city center and go sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
My highlight was the rooftop bar with a Dj and delicious cocktails!

Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience Sofia.

Lovely design but small improvements needed
Pros:

Lovely modern design. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food. Handy tram stop right outside.

Cons:

Only furniture in the room to sit on was a bean bag or a stool with a rounded base both of which were impractical. Just a standard chair would have better.

There’s no phone in the room and instead they use a whatsapp number which is fine if they answered the messages which they never did. We had to physically go down to reception twice and wait in line behind people checking in just to get some basic things sent to the room.

Location wasn’t great as it’s not in the downtown area however there is a high frequency tram stop right outside and within 15 minutes you’re in the centre.

Pleasnat stay with all we need!
Pros:

Very clean hotel, with great, supportive, and friendly staff. The facilities are really nice and compelete and the overall price is great for what property offers.

Cons:

Simply nothing. The social vibe around the hotel is not perfect, but it is also nonexistent in other hotels.

Un hotel foarte curat și drăguț, cu personal amabil și prietenos. Am servit cina și dejunul, care au fost delicioase, și potrivite și pentru fetița noastră de 3 anișori.

Upea hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla! Kaiken kaikkiaan todella hyvä kokemus – viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja palvelu erinomaista. Erityisesti kattoterassin allas oli ihana ja toi hotellivierailuun luksusta. 😍

Cons:

Ainoa miinus oli melko kallis aamupala, ja jäin kaipaamaan tuoreita hedelmiä, joita ei aamupalalla valitettavasti ollut lainkaan. Muuten ehdottomasti suosittelen!
