Беше много чисто, отзивчив персонал, Всичко беше супер. И в района на хотела не е платена зона, което беше голям плюс.

Cons:

Бих казала, единственото което би могло да се подобри е книжката на хотела с упътвания в стаята да бъдат написани и на български, не само на английски.

It was perfect
Pros:

At first, the location being a bit far made us hesitate, but we didn’t experience any issues at all. We left our car in the parking lot and easily reached the city center in a short time by taking the tram right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were clean. We had cocktails on the rooftop, and they were delicious. It was one of the best value-for-money hotels you can stay at in Sofia. We were satisfied with everything.

Clean and big rooms. Helpful and pleased staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is like in hotel with 2 stars, very poor. And for that they are charging 13€. Unbelievable price for nothing.

Момичето на рецепция при чек ин. Обърка няколко пъти картите за достъп. Някакви хора нахлуха в стаята. Името изписано на екрана беше различно. После картата ни беше деактивирана. Дори не се извини за грешките които допусна.
