Gute Lage, super Essen, schöne Bar, schönes Zimmer. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Direkt an der Tramhaltestelle. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, gut abdunkelnde Vorhänge. Das Essen im Restaurant war eine fantastische Entdeckung! Alle Speisen waren mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zubereitet und wunderschön angerichtet. Der Fisch und die Beilagen waren ein Gedicht, nicht zu stark gewürzt, so dass jede Zutat ihren Geschmack behalten konnte. Der Dessert war fast zu schön zum Essen und schmeckte köstlich. Den Apéritif vorher genoss ich in der originellen Rooftop-Bar im 9. Stock mit fantastischer Aussicht. Leider war es noch zu kalt zum draussen sitzen, aber das nächste Mal komme ich im Sommer.

Cons:

Der Stuhl am Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer ist ziemlich hart für mehr als fünf Minuten Arbeit.

Pros:

Für ein 4**** Sterne Hotel, zu dürftig.

Cons:

Dusche hat nur eine Deckenbrause, d.h. eine Handbause ist für die Körperreinigung unerlässlich.
Der Architekt sollte besser mit LEGO Steinen spielen, als Hotels planen.
Am Abreisetag = Montag, 18. Mai gab es morgens nur noch kaltes Wasser zum Duschen.
Eine Information über die Leitungsarbeiten am Tag zuvor wäre hilfreich gewesen!
Wenn ich meine Haare hätte waschen wollen, wäre dies nicht mehr möglich gewesen.

I was very satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a fresh and modern feel. It was clean and the facilities were in good condition. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were also friendly.

Cons:

The only negative thing I could say was the view of the old building outside my room. But once I closed the curtains, it didn’t really matter anymore.

We feel very well here every time
Pros:

The minimalistic high quality interior design, the smell, comfy bed, filtered water fountain on every floor, good internet, friendly staff, electric car charger, good size room and bathroom, bean bag in the room, there is a window you can open, location is great with the tram passing every 5min or less, subway close by and the big market, quiet even though on a big street with trams. We have visited 3 times, also for up to 2 weeks, just booked again; you can wash and iron your clothes by yourself but the state of the ironing station was not good.

Cons:

Furniture not very suitable to put your clothes on, no handheld shower, the tile floors are cold (floor heating not very effective even in winter), the ventilator in the bathroom is not very effective, the breakfast buffet is very small, but at least you can order eggs however you like them, the parking is small but have always found a spot

Fantastic stay for stag do
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. The roof too bar was class the hotel was really clean. Easy transport to the centre on the tram right outside the hotel.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

The property is amazing. The rooms are very large, the upstairs bar is very nice (and serves good coffee during the day); with an excellent view of the surrounding area. The breakfast and dinner were both very good, and the vibe is very fun.

Cons:

The location is not ideal, being quite far from the city, however the hotel is right outside of the tram, and the tram takes ten minutes to central Sofia so this is not a major problem (only really at night when the tram is shut does this become an issue).
