Hotel pulito, comodo e ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici, ideale per visitare la città.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, con il tram proprio davanti all’hotel. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita, luminosa e ben arredata. Anche la colazione era buona.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo è stato il check-in: sono arrivato dopo mezzanotte e il receptionist parlava solo bulgaro, quindi comunicare è stato un po’ complicato.

Pros:

New modern hotel with a stunning view from the terrace and windows. Located right next to the tram stop. Rooftop bar is also amazing. And they had an alcoholfree gin - which is cool because I don't drink alco but wanted to spend some time there. Also I got a little present and a gift card. It's very nice I never had it before.

Cons:

The guy who registered us didn't explain how to connect to Wi-Fi and that might be ok if the info on brochure was clear. But it wasn't. It was written somenting like "wi-fi 12345" without explaining that it's not the name of wi-fi but it's the password of wi-fi and there was no name of it. You should guess that wi-fi name is "hotel" but if you go to the lobby there is no "hotel" wi-fi so you have to guess again that it called "restaurant" there. A little thing but it is annoying especialy when you are tired.

A wonderful stay with great hospitality, comfort and attention to detail.
Pros:

I felt truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Every detail showed genuine care for the guests, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met my expectations.

Pros:

We did not expect this hotel to be so good :) The location is not central, but close to Vitosha and to the metro station, with an amazing view from the roof. Everything was very new and clean, the bed was wide and very comfortable and it was quiet at night even though we were next to the elevator. The restaurant downstairs is quite expensive, but definitely worth it. Recommended!
