Friendly, welcoming, great with our pup!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, in house cafe.

Cons:

Paying for parking- this isn’t a city hotel, and there are no options for street parking.

Booking.com did not adjust the price of $79 cheaper as the price had dropped the day I checked-in.
Pros:

Very nice staff at the bar. Lovely and helpful ladies at check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The Copper resort tax is a expensive and came as an additional tax surprise.

Small rooms, loud obnoxious people screaming and banging. Was walked in on while undressed by maids. No knock.

I love everything the only recomendación is if a lot tourists is on the Hotel I recommend Hotel have to have better store inside the Hotel like supplement like for sickness altitud like oxígeno bottles or hydration drinks in case some costumers do not go out at night to looking those things

A place to sleep.
Pros:

Nothing about this place is really good.

Cons:

Over priced bed to sleep in. No chairs or table. No maid service in 3 days. No amenities. Patio area with no cushions on the chairs. Over all just a crappy place to stay!
