Posizionato nel punto più bello dell’isola, la struttura ha una bellissima atmosfera e le stanze sono grandi. Ottimi servizi di spiaggia e ristorante, abbiamo usufruito anche della spa e ci siamo trovati benissimo con tutto.

They say that beach chairs are reserved for guests but the front row is for sale only so yes we had chairs but guests are relegated to the back.
Room was very spacious. Loved the pool as it was private for guests.
I thought it was a but cheap that we couldn't get a coffee capsule (for the coffee machine in the room) on our final day without being charged for it. Especially when we paid so much for the rooms and in the bar and restaurant. Just a tip for the management that a small thing like this can go a long way
It was gorgeous and clean and the location was ideal. Loved the beach beds.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella ma offre pochissimi servizi. C'è solo un piccolo caffe/ristorante con il quale l'hotel è convenzionato (per la colazione e i lettini in spiaggia), ma che ha una varietà di piatti limitata e il personale non ha particolare attenzione verso i clienti dell'hotel (che vengono trattati allo stesso modo dei clienti esterni). Se il clima non è buono e non si può stare in spiaggia (come è successo a noi per vari giorni a causa del vento e del freddo), non c'è assolutamente niente da fare in hotel. Anche il personale della reception molto passivo, non hanno dato alcun consiglio utile su cosa fare per trascorrere le giornate visto il brutto tempo. Siamo andati via un giorno prima del soggiorno già pagato, e nessuno ci ha manifestato alcun dispiacere quando abbiamo comunicato il check out anticipato. In generale, hotel grazioso, bella posizione ma prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per quello che offre.

De locatie is echt super, prachtig mooi stukje strand. Met heerlijke ligbedden waar je bediend kan worden met lekker eten en drinken.
Het ontbijt is ook erg goed.
Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Met kinderen is dit een heerlijk verblijf.
De kamers vielen me iets tegen. Heel erg eenvoudig voor dat geld. En ook de gangen naar de kamers toe. Waren niet echt handig.
De bedden waren wel echt top!!!!
The property was beautiful! Quiet, safe , lots of greenery. Staff was extremely kind and helpful! Food was great. And amazing fresh drinks at the beautiful beach club!
I didn’t have much to complain about at all . There was a stain on one the pillow covers but that was it. Not a huge deal.

The door to the shower didn't open all the way and made entering the shower difficult.
Sans doute le plus bel hotel de Playa Norte, avec un accès direct sur la plus belle plage de l'ile. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait de pouvoir profiter des lits de plage gratuitement. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est très copieux avec une carte variée. La décoration de l'hotel est belle et les chambres sont grandes et aérées. Bref, une très bonne pioche
Le capitan (responsable du restaurant) n'était pas forcément très aimable mais le reste du staff était vraiment charmant.
Nos encantó. Ubicado cerca del ferry, en la playa más bonita de la isla, con instalaciones cómodas y personal atento.
