The location is excellent. It’s close to food, drinks, and just about everything you need on the island. You can skip the golf cart and use an inexpensive cab if you need to go farther than you want to walk.
The bed was very firm. To their credit, housekeeping added a topper, which helped somewhat.
We commend the exceptional customer service, dedicated staff, diverse menu selections, and the inviting ambiance of the king suite. The staff consistently provides attentive and courteous assistance.
Having a refrigerator in the room with refrigerated items and snacks is a nice touch.
The beach club offers outstanding service and a vibrant atmosphere. We particularly appreciate the guaranteed sunbed availability throughout your stay, along with the provision of beach towels.
As an individual with a physical disability, I found the mattress to be exceptionally firm.
I would recommend the addition of a small table to the attached patio adjacent to the room. Furthermore, I suggest placing a lamp in the vicinity of the sofa. The rationale for this recommendation is that, given the open-concept design of the room, couples may not share identical sleep patterns. This provision would facilitate activities such as reading without disturbing the other individual.

They say that beach chairs are reserved for guests but the front row is for sale only so yes we had chairs but guests are relegated to the back.
Room was very spacious. Loved the pool as it was private for guests.
I thought it was a but cheap that we couldn't get a coffee capsule (for the coffee machine in the room) on our final day without being charged for it. Especially when we paid so much for the rooms and in the bar and restaurant. Just a tip for the management that a small thing like this can go a long way
It was gorgeous and clean and the location was ideal. Loved the beach beds.

C'è solo un piccolo caffe/ristorante con il quale l'hotel è convenzionato (per la colazione e i lettini in spiaggia), ma che ha una varietà di piatti limitata e il personale non ha particolare attenzione verso i clienti dell'hotel (che vengono trattati allo stesso modo dei clienti esterni). Se il clima non è buono e non si può stare in spiaggia (come è successo a noi per vari giorni a causa del vento e del freddo), non c'è assolutamente niente da fare in hotel. Anche il personale della reception molto passivo, non hanno dato alcun consiglio utile su cosa fare per trascorrere le giornate visto il brutto tempo. Siamo andati via un giorno prima del soggiorno già pagato, e nessuno ci ha manifestato alcun dispiacere quando abbiamo comunicato il check out anticipato. In generale, hotel grazioso, bella posizione ma prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per quello che offre.
