لم يعجبني شي التعامل سيئ جداً ومافيه اي تقدير
تحجز وتأكد الحجز وفي النهايه بعد مسافة 8 ساعات تجي ويقولون حجزك ملغي سألتهم وش سبب الالغاء قالو بوكينق قام بالغاء الحجز وتم التواصل مع بوكينق وقالو خدمة العملاء في بوكنق تم الالغاء عن طريق مكان الاقامه !!

موظف الاستقبال السعودي لا اعرف اسمه لديه دقن خفيف بشوش وكأنه يعرفك من فتره والموقع قريب جداً من جميع الخدمات وسعر منافس لجميع الفنادق الموجوده في محيطه
