Cons:

In the Ecuadorian Sierra, there is actually no heating in buildings. People just bundle up. I was told I could ask for a small space heater. I was provided with one, but it was the space heater of the reception desk! The hotel should have a couple on hand for arriving tourists not used to rooms being quite cool. It is 10 outside in the morning, 18C in the afternoon. So hallways and breakfast room are all cool, people go to breakfast with their outdoor jackets. But for a North American arriving tourist, having no heat in the room in a premium hotel is unexpected. The space heater made all the difference, offering one to the occasional tourist would be very nice.

Yo hice la reservacion por esta pagina e hice el pago con tarjeta de crédito pero cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que mi nombre no constaba por lo que tuve que mostrarle el pago de la tarjeta, el desayuno deberían mejorar no hay muchas opciones, la vista y lo demás estuvo bien
