Pros:

La ubicación es conveniente a unos minutos de la estación de tren, sin embargo, la zona no es linda del todo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y con acabados básicos, se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones continuas y de la calle, incluso estando en el piso 4. La limpieza deja que desear, no limpian a profundidad. No pude usar la tetera porque tenía hongos.

It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had complete freedom to come and go as we pleased, which gave us a real sense of flexibility and independence throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, situated just off the renowned designer district, Königsallee, in Düsseldorf, we were within easy walking distance of high-end shops, cafes, restaurants, and other attractions. It was also really convenient to have several supermarkets nearby, making it simple to stock up on essentials or prepare our own meals when we didn’t feel like eating out.

The accommodation itself exceeded expectations. It was clean, modern, and incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Having access to a well-equipped kitchen and cooking facilities made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy relaxed meals in when we wanted. Overall, it was the perfect base for exploring the city and made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

Location is central and close to everything but the apartment doesn’t have an AC and it’s super hot. We couldn’t sleep even with two fans.

Since there’s no AC, we needed to keep the window open and guests were super loud at night and early in the morning.

Excellent value for money. Property is quite new and fresh and looked very clean. Check in is all online and the process was simple. The property says it is easy to request towels or any other help easily 24/7 but I could not work out how to do this. The app process did not work for me. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay and found the location excellent for transport connections and tourism during my visit.
