체크인좀 일찍해주면 좋을텐데 딱 3시에 맞춰서해주더라구요 첫번째 방문했을땐 일찍해주던데 룸상태도 더러웠어요 룸에 세탁기 있다는것빼고는 장점이 없다는….

Extra $50-60 nearby Sono Calm is worth the money. Stay there! The bed at Kintex is hard as rock, you mind as well sleep on the floor. The carpet was dirty, small bathroom, wall papers were coming undone,… overall not a pleasant feeling

great location to attend Kintex events, free parking, 5 min walk to Kintex and many good restaurants
Room is very tight, it is like Japanese hotel, not western hotel standard.
Biggest problem is the bathroom, very small and tight. Worst is shower has no door, so you need to clean bathroom floor after each shower.
I will still recommend this hotel because of location for Kintex

1）職員態度差、黑臉回應、冇笑容。問買早餐券，好似難為佢做多啲嘢（可能佢心諗點解唔訂房時訂埋）。
2）廁所板面遺下長頭髮（我們是短頭髮的）。
3）漱口盅只供給一個，但我們兩人入住。
4）提供的毛巾又舊又有異味，幸好自己有帶。
5）一入房就感到好悶焗，通風系統差。
6）懷疑被鋪冇更換，因感到有氣味及有些濕濕哋，首爾天氣咁乾，不應有濕的感覺。
7）沖完涼後，半個廁所都濕晒，因為只有一塊好細（估計約40厘米）的膠隔住個水龍頭位。難道設計師唔知道沖涼時D水會周圍「彈」。
8）到酒店時是早上9:30，也知道未有得check in,想把一個手提行李寄存，點知叫我自己攞入一間大房內，叫我返嚟酒店時自己去攞返然後check-in。我問會否有寄存你的單據。但職員只說：酒店只提供地方放行李。放行李的地方是公開的，酒店不會幫顧客看管。幸好晩上10:30才check in,行李仍健在。但仍然覺得有些荒繆。

The staff at check-in were friendly and very helpful.

However, the other staff was sloppy. For example, I asked her to store my luggage before check-in, but she only told me the location of the place to store it, and she didn't show me to the place or tag it. I was disappointed that she handled it with a very sulky look on her face.

コミックワールドキンテックスで利用しましたが、また泊まりたいホテルです！

Pros:

We stayed here to be close to Goyang Stadium where Coldplay was performing. It was a 12minute walk to the stadium which was PERFECT after the show. The room was incredibly nice and we got a corner room with a wrap around balcony which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Goyang!
