Nothing worked ac tv outlets wore out nothing would stay plugged in bed was hard as a rock said bidet on website none said satellite tv none bathroom so small had to sit sideways stayed one night had to leave so bad no refund no apology booked for four nights don’t have words for how bad this place was

Room are ok but the staff are so nice thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Our stay was disappointing from the onset. Upon entering the room, we were immediately struck by the unpleasant odor emanating from the toilet. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not ON on a very warm weather, and there were no blankets provided. One room, in particular, lacked blankets altogether. The towels were subpar, being extremely small and lacking the texture one would expect from a towel. What's more, despite being a hotel, towel replacements were not provided. Moreover, although the hotel is beachfront, beach towels were not provided, and an additional towel would incur a 50-peso charge, which we found unreasonable. On a positive note, we developed a fondness for the dog, Nene, who exhibited a remarkably friendly demeanor.

Excellent service

place was clean and quiet. I didn't mind the resident cats except one which got mean a little when i stopepd her from fighting other cats haha.

the entrance from the main road had a sudden, substantial drop that gets rough and rocky. needs to get fixed

Had a pleasant stay. Not luxurious but nice enough location wise. Close to Kota Beach and wharf as well as food central area of Sta Fe.

DOABLE
First glimpse:
- tv didnt work
- Bathroom smelled nasty- it was mainly from ventilation. I kept the window open and it was fine after a few hours
- Mosquitoes inside the room- window screen not sealed, no wonder! I covered the holes with toilet paper and it worked.
- Electric outlets broken, only one was functional. Not end of the world, i guess.
- Bed uncomfortable with bed bugs, so i slept with my pajamas and longsleeves on. The AC was strong anyway and gets really cold!
- Blankets and sheets smelled unclean
- Tiny roach, little worm in the bathroom- I smashed them both and nothing else showed up
- Water faucet slows down to fast drip rate at night.

Pros:
- staff were nice and sweet.
- strong AC
- The garden has big Neem trees, which naturally repels mosquitoes.
- Strong toilet pressure
- Pretty and kept clean garden, nice koi pond!
- Beach front and pretty quiet, although not the cleanest beach.
- Has own restaurant
- Near strip of restaurants and shops

Conclusion:
- overall, this place was doable and definitely “livable” especially after the bathroom smell was aired out. This will be comfortable for low maintenance / low budget people- definitely not for high standard fancy crap type of people. I can be of both so I was ok about it after a few hours. We booked last minute and this was the best i could get that time for a big group. If you expect anything more of the service, you’ll be miserable. I chose not to. So it was overall o
