That I had free will not to stay there.
The hotel parking lot alone was frightening enough that I didn’t even get out of my car to go into the hotel . There were drug addicts lying on the ground, sitting in shopping carts, and a man whose body was lying 1/2 in his truck and 1/2 out of his truck by the hotel door. The hotel door had a printed sign that said “security 24/7” and if that’s their idea of security, I wasn’t staying there. I sent an email to the property using the email address in my confirmation after checking
in to a safer hotel that evening. It has been 5 days and no response. I requested a full refund given that the property wasn’t safe and the reviews are obviously fake.
The room had a little kitchenette, which was convenient that had dishes, silverware. Anything you needed to eat your leftovers from when you ate out or whatever also very clean very nice comfortable staff was great.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of homelessness around there so they’re in the parking lot things like that. But they didn’t bother you and it’s not like they’re asking for money. They’re just there. I also didn’t like the fact that there’s not very many available parking spaces so we actually had to park at the property next-door which was a little uncomfortable, but everything was fine with that. I also did not care for the breakfast at all.
Despite the location, the facilities were kept very well. My room was clean and the beds very comfy
Not enough parking spaces
There was no parking
Never had breakfast.
That area is very rough. Prostitutes and homeless were prevalent.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast range. Nice restaurants nearby.
Nothing at all
Was close to airport. Provided transportation to the airport. Staff was friendly. Close to car rental facility. Was clean. For the price it was worth it. Used Uber to go to town for dinner, 10$ to and 10$ back. Cattlemans was a good choice.
Since they built the basketball stadium. An influx of homeless have found their ways towards the hotel district.
Excellent breakfast staff
I never received my deposit back
Rooms were big, bathrooms were nice, I’ve never had a hotel room with a dishwasher
Being that close to the highway is INSANE, I could not sleep at all, the road noise was so much. I tried leaving the TV on, bought a fan, nothing could drown it out. I tried calling booking.com for help at 2:30am, the lady at the front desk when I checked out didn’t even ask how my stay was and it took 5 minutes to even get her to the desk and she was rude. I’m already cranky and autistic, I’m not about to scream at her. But $230 to not sleep for two nights is stupid. We came to Branson and bought a condo so we will NEVER have to stay in a hotel again. Or use booking.com again for that matter. Terrible customer service. Photos are from my room window, no zoom.
The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. The included amenities (TV, full fridge, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, etc.) were great.
The location was a bit rough around the edges. As a young woman traveling with another young woman, I would not feel safe walking around this area at any time of day and especially at night. The one hotel staff member was especially helpful, but the other I interacted with seemed unwilling to initiate contact. Also on the second day of my stay, I utilized the lobby seating area to complete some work, I was questioned (by the staff member who checked me in) what my room number was with some perceived suspicion.
Tall ceiling, comfortable bed, have kitchen!
Clean room, plenty space with great value! Good breakfast!
