Location to Duke hospital
$20 per day parking fee - it’s Durham NC not a luxury destination.

My experience with Santeria Moore was excellent.
She was able to accommodate and assist with family members arriving to visit our Patient at Duke Hospital.
The room was very cold when we got there, temp was 68 which was too cold for us. There is no need to make it that cold. Most of the people will prefer anywhere between 72 to 74.
The sink in the bathroom was draining extremely slowly. They told us there was no maintenance man working at that time which was between 9 and 10 PM. We had to wait until the next morning.

Staying at the AC is the best. The hotel and staff are fantastic, love the fitness room and being next door to several different restaurant options. It’s centrally located so you can get to Duke, and different parts of Durham easily.
Close to Duke! Very nice hotel! Parking was expensive but was very convenient!
This site is really new and really near to Duke University. The furniture is clean and new. The location is really convenient.
We had an amazing stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Durham. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A clean and centrally located hotel to Duke. Bria at the front desk was particularly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I had a quiet room location.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Durham and would gladly stay here again.
The hotel was clean, modern, and in an excellent location for exploring downtown Durham. My daughter and I felt incredibly safe walking around the area, even late into the evening, and the hotel made a great home base for visiting Duke University and enjoying the local restaurants.
What impressed me most was the customer service. After checkout, I noticed that my parking charges didn’t match both my reservation confirmation and the information I had been given at check-in. I brought it to the hotel’s attention, and rather than making the process difficult, the team listened, acknowledged my concerns, and removed the parking charges to make things right.
Mistakes can happen anywhere. What matters is how they’re handled, and the staff demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
