Not good experience
Pros:

It’s near Duke University ,can walk to the campus.Front desk staff is quite friendly and always ready to help.Room is clean and spacious,but not comfortable because there is uncomfortable smell ,a smell of newly renovated，maybe harmful gas.

It was close to where I needed to go, centrally located.

Cons:

There was no microwave in room only where ice machine is so inconvenient to heat up my food. I only had a shower only versus shower and tub. I prefer baths but I wasn’t there a long time so it was okay.

Pros:

Front desk folks were friendly and efficient. Room warmed up nicely. The maid service was cooperative.

Cons:

We arrive for breakfast at 9:45 and the buffet selection was diminished. There were no juices except for grapefruit. We had to wait 20 minutes for scrambled eggs and bacon and needed to make our own toast. At $17.00 plus tax and tip per person it was an expensive decision and the server seemed put out by our presence.
