חדר גדול (יחסית למה שניו יורק מציעה) מרווח, נוח, עם כל המתקנים הנחוצים.
לקחנו חדר שקט ומפנק בקומה הגבוהה.
והכי חשוב - פחות מ-10 דקות הליכה לטיימס סקוור ולשדרה החמישית.
צוות צעיר, שירותי ומקצועי - גם כשביקשנו מהרגע להרגע לסגור לילה נוסף השאירו אותנו בחדר שלנו כפי שביקשנו.
ארוחת בוקר בסיסית לכל אורחי המלון.
תמורה מלאה למחיר שמשלמים.
ממליץ בחום!

צריך להספיק להגיע יחסית מוקדם למתחם ארוחת הבוקר כדי שיישאר משהו לאכול (קפה מהמכונה תמיד יש),

Personnel très agréable mais hôtel ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles. Pas vraiment confort.
Pros:

Emplacement correct. Proche de Time Square.

Cons:

Climatisation d’un autre âge, super bruyante et dérangeante et laissant passer les odeurs de canabis de la rue. Couette de lit complètement détruite par la machine, faisant une multitude de boules désagréables. Pas d’armoire pour les habits. Chambre double lits prévue à la base pour un lit donc très exiguë et dépourvue de tablette, de chaise etc.

Thanks Pestana for an amazing stay in NYC
Pros:

The hotel is located very close (5 min walk) from Times Square. The stuff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were small, but very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only concern was the the bathroom door, it was very hard to close it if someone was inside.

Boa localização, limpeza, funcionários (especialmente o Ralph)!

Cons:

Quartos não muito grandes (padrão de Manhattan). Nosso checkin demorou um pouco apesar de já estarmos no hotel esperando.

Cleanliness and the hotel is pretty quiet even though it’s close to Time Squares. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was pretty small and hard to open the luggage. No fan in the restroom to eliminate the smell. The bathroom is pretty small.

Very enjoyable, Lovely staff.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the central location, spotless hotel, and attentive housekeeping. The staff were great at responding quickly to our requests, providing friendly and helpful service.

Cons:

Very little,,, A restaurant would be an added bonus but did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente.
Personal agradable y siempre dispuesto ayudar.
Detalle muy bueno el desayuno que ponen hasta final de existencias.

Cons:

Habitación no muy amplia pero es el estándar de Nueva york, la única pega es la puerta del baño un poco incomoda para entrar o salir, pero no es un drama te acostumbras.

Konumu mükemmel, Times Square’e çok yakın. Odalar temiz ve modern. Personel genel olarak yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Check-in süreci hızlıydı. Fiyat/performans açısından iyi bir ter

Cons:

Odalar biraz küçük. Bazı saatlerde asansör yoğun olabiliyor. Gürültü zaman zaman hissediliyor (merkezde olduğu için normal ama yine de belirtilebilir).
