Excelente la atención de todo el personal del hotel son muy amable y prestos a ayudar en todo lo que requieras, tiene una muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación tenía mucha estática, así que muchas veces me pasaban descargas eléctricas, pero es un tema manejable, que me parece que no influye en el buen servicio del hotel.

We had a great stay
Pros:

The location was great. You walk a lot in New York we felt like it was sorta in the middle of everything. Great places to eat near by.
The staff are really friendly.

Cons:

It could be a little noisy between rooms.

Ikke rart på grund af larmen fra aircondition og så var elevatoren også alt for langsom jeg ventede på den i 20 minutter

Cons:

Meget lille værelse med en kæmpestor meget larmende aircondition som ikke kunne slukkes. Følte at jeg sov med en støvsuger tændt hele tiden. Personalet kunne heller ikke slukke den.
