Excellent stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Design, cleanliness and quality.

Cons:

Front desk agent at check-in. We had to wait for him to get off his cellphone. The wait was a little too long beyond the acceptable time of 5 seconds. We could have used some toothpaste in the room.

המיקום היה מעולה , מרכזי אבל לא רועש ועמוס

הקפידו על צ׳ק אין שהחל ב 15:00, ניכר שלא עשו מאמץ עבור האורחים, לא בכל יום היו בחדר מגבות נקיות - טענו שחסרות להם מגבות נקיות - נאלצנו להמתין בסוף יום לפני הליכה למסעדה כחצי שעה למגבות נקיות - אכן הזוי! לא תמיד היו מים חמים במקלחת , במקלחת לא היתה שפורפרת להתקלח אלא רק התזת ראש , בכל אופן מלון 4 כוכבים🤷‍♀️, הצוות היה שירותי אך כלל לא סימפטי. בסופו של דבר אנחנו מגיעים הרבה לניו יורק ולא נחזור למלון הזה

My stay was very good.
Pros:

I liked how close it was to all the attraction and night life. I like how simple everything was from the checkin process to the checkout process.

Cons:

I can't really say what could be better since i only stayed the one night.

Exceptional and best thing happened during my stay in NYC
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities, especially the gym, were outstanding. I also really enjoyed the beautiful terrace area for breakfast and coffee, and having an espresso machine in the room was a great touch. The location was exceptional, making it easy to get around. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I expected a lot more for the money they charge. The hotel is nothing special.
Pros:

The bar showing the World Cup games

Cons:

Room was far too small for 4 people.
We had a room at the front of the hotel and the noise from outside all day and night was unbearable.

Best hotel room in the city
Pros:

Junior suite was absolutely divine. It has a beautiful balcony that you can sit on and see the panoramic skyline of New York. The bed was perfect, shower clean and good water pressure, and sitting area beautifully designed. Fabulous hotel experience!
