Clean and beautiful girls. Frienlty staff.
Pros:

Staff are very sweet and spend lots of time explaining the city a the hidden gems. Beautiful, comfortable, clean.

Cons:

Far from the center. But great price and very beautiful hotel.

Un accueil chaleureux pour un bon rapport qualité prix doublé d'une literie hyper confortable.
Pros:

Très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel qui est à l'écoute et directement disponible avec le sourire. chambre spacieuse et une literie parfaite ainsi que les oreillers, avec le choix d'un mou ou d'un plus dur. Très propre. Grande douche et possibilité de rangement des affaires de toilettes à portée de main, place pour disposer les 4 essuies après usage. Etablissement très calme et bien insonorisé, pas de bruit dans les couloirs ni dans les chambres voisines. Nous avons super bien dormi. Machine à café dans la chambre. Parking en sous sol.

Cons:

La chambre donne sur le patio et l'éclairage de la glace d'évier pourrait être amélioré. La salle de bain dans la chambre peut être déroutante mais ce n'est pas une première pour nous et ce type d'aménagement fait gagner de l'espace de vie. Le plafond pourrait être peint. La qualité du petit déjeuner est un peu faible. Le parking payant en sous sol est presque plein le soir et difficile voir impossible de se garer sur les rares places restantes.. Mais nous avons toujours trouvé une solution.

Excellent value hotel, relaxing , and very clean.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and flexible in regards to coming and going. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free. 4 of us stayed and everyone had a key card to their rooms, Rooms were very clean comfortable and spacious. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner there, just snacks which were adequate and the beer was a reasonable price. Bar staff were very attentive and quick to take orders. Handy for Schiphol airport as there was a bus stop a 100 metres away to go there and carry on to the city. Underground parking was secure.
All in all, very pleased with the stay and would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Super entspannt, sehr freundliches Personal und dazu schönes Ambiente
Pros:

Ich fand die Idee super mit den Handtüchern. Das erspart dem Personal sehr viel Arbeit. Dazu war die Lage sehr ruhig und man konnte nach einem langen Tag abschalten

The disability bathroom is not really a disability bathroom. The one grab handle in the shower is too far from the seat or shower controls to be of any use to a wheelchair user.
