The room was clean.
Convenient location — it was easy to get to the main attractions by public transport.

The room was a bit small.
There was no door in the shower, so water would splash onto the floor.
We also couldn’t figure out how to adjust the room temperature (or it might not have been working), so it was sometimes a bit chilly.

A szállással semmi gond nem volt

Hamarabb érkeztem és mivel készen volt a szobám, el is foglalhattam ami szimpatikus volt. Maga a szoba rendben volt,tiszta, rendezett és az ágy kényelmes.

Cons:

A vacsorázni a szállodába szerettünk volna, de amint beértünk az étterembe, szinte ügyet sem vetettek ránk. Magunktól jöttünk rá, hogy nincs pincér, nincs étlap, csak egy kartonpapír amin néhány étel szerepel. Rendelni is a pultnál tudtunk. Furcsa, de nem igazán izgatott a dolog. Az viszont igen, hogy előre jeleztem, hogy a fogyasztásról Áfás számlát fogok kérni. Vállhúzást követően közölte a hölgy, hogy ki kell fizetnem, de csak blokkot ad, majd számlát reggel fognak tudni adni a recepción. Furcsa ez a szokásuk is, de oké…
Reggeli után mikor kijelentkeztem a szállodából, szerettem volna a számlát megkapni. Hárman sem tudták megoldani. Értetlenül álltak az egészhez, majd kaptam egy ígéretet, hogy 2-kor jön a délutános műszak, majd ők megoldják és elküldik emailben… Még erre is azt mondtam, hogy oké.
Természetesen este 7:30-ig semmi nem történt.
Hívtam a szállodát, 20 perces üzenetrögzítő után felvették. Emlékeztek az esetemre és szintén kaptam egy ígéretet, hogy 10 perc és megkapom emailben a számlámat. Még erre is azt mondtam, hogy rendben, csak sajnos azóta sem történt semmi.
Céges oktatás miatt töltöttem a hotelben egy éjszakát és még 2 hónapig szerettem volna heti egyszer megszállni itt, de már nem hiszem, hogy jó ötlet lenne, ha egy Áfás számla kiállítása ekkora probléma. Most így nem tudok erről a kiadásról a főnökömmel elszámolni, így anyagi kár okoztak nekem. Felfoghatatlan ez a hozzáállás!!!!
