Pros:

Great location when using the airport. Shuttle service and long term parking are outstanding.

Cons:

The self service type breakfast was less than desired. The menu change has removed some of the favorite breakfast item. French toast and fruit were removed from the menu. The self service type breakfast was not expected at a hotel of this caliber.

Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable place to stay, just outside the airport. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Clean, modern and updated, and very, very close to the airport. Also enjoyed the bar and the little café downstairs. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros:

We didn’t stay this night because our flight out was canceled due to Winter-storm Fern! However the property was very generous and understood our predicament and refunded our deposit! You cannot beat that and I will always try to stay at Hilton facilities whenever I travel.

This hotel was very clean with an amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly! Thank you!
Pros:

I liked the overall atmosphere of the facility. It was clean and I like the set up of the convenience store area. All of the staff that I was in contact with were amazing! The hotel housekeeper named Sandy was so friendly and easy to visit with and Hannah (I believe was her name) was the waitress for our dinner and was absolutely amazing.
Hannah was very friendly and made sure that our dinner was satisfactory and that our drinks were refilled. Our breakfast server was also very friendly. The check in gal in the evening and the check out gal in the morning were also very friendly. I would stay here again and plan on it the next time I'm traveling through to AL. Side note to my new friend Sandy (Summer)...."Just Let Them." :)

There wasn't anything that I didn't like honestly.
