Pros:

Very good restaurant and bar connect 4 seasons and Fairfield hotels. Only like one chair in room and room was small for the price. Location was good.

Pros:

I arrived late at night but the staff made it a smooth and quick transition from getting the key to getting to my room.
My room was clean and the AC cooled quickly bed comfortable breakfast was simple but plenty of options to satisfy most travelers all the staff are hands down the friendliest I've seen.

Uncomfortable Beds & Pillows
Pros:

I was very disappointed for the hotel not having a shower chair available for my handicapped wife. My wife is an amputee and the shower was for a roll in and not for her to walk in and sit on a chair to shower. We have stayed in many hotels and this is the only one that could not provide a shower chair. Luckily we were only there for one night and not several nights. The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. We were planning to stay again in Amarillo on our way back to Houston, definitely will not be staying at this hotel. Also, the AC was set at 60 degrees, never even cooled off our room. Too tired from a 12 hour drive from Houston to complain.

Pros:

Great night sleep. Room was sound proof and stayed dark to allow for a good night sleep. The only complaint we had was when we checked in we were told there was free breakfast. What we weren’t told was that it wasn’t the breakfast in the lobby area but in the Fairfield Inn behind the Four Points. We weren’t the only ones with this confusion as everyone that attempted to get breakfast was asked for a “breakfast ticket”.

Great stay in Amarillo
Pros:

The hotel was so clean and fresh. When you walked down the hall, it smelled really good, not like some hotels that do not smell clean. The only carpet in the room was around the bed when you stepped off which we liked. The balance of the room was tiled. Hate carpet in rooms. We ate dinner in the bar and had a great dinner and drinks. Will stay again.

Beautiful hotel, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Would definetly book this brand again!
Pros:

The staff gave us a lovely greeting and explained fully about the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furbished and spacious.

Cons:

Breakfasts throughout USA hotels aren’t great (and we have stayed at over 30 on this trip). This hotel was better than most, but still not top notch. Would be great to have fresh fruit to go with cereals and yoghurt.

Our room was so quiet; I never heard anything and I am a light sleeper. As others have stated, breakfast was the best! No issues parking and we were in and out several times.
