I stay here often, very nice rooms and great location allowing you to wander into Town without having to get taxis / cars etc. The breakfast is always amazing
The car park is not always available although their is a paid for option next door but nothing that can be done they have done a fantastic job with what is there

Room was too hot, windows didn’t open and no air con. No toothbrush/paste in bathroom.
Room was nice and comfortable
I was there for 4 nights, the garbage bin wasn’t emptied, toiletries weren’t replenished.
Only one person working breakfast, it took so long, scrambled eggs were cold and dry ice hotel with a good location
A little unclear how breakfast worked, but okay when understood.

The room itself could do with some upgrades:
- blinds were broken
- shower head was broken
- not sure it if was the bed itself or carpet on one side of the room that was a bit shabby
Also there were 2 mirrors in the room, one beside the wardrobe & one in the bathroom with no plugs beside or even in the same room as them, I was unable to do my hair with a mirror which is a ridiculous set up.
Not sure if that was just in the room I was in or if all rooms are like this.
Had to book this hotel at short notice, due to unexpected death in family. From the moment we checked in, the experience was very pleasant. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and spacious. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and good size. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located for all amenities. The breakfast was delicious, ideal to start the day. Although this booking was made at short notice for unexpected reasons, we will definitely be booking again in the very near future.

Just minor, small things. Rooms and furnishings definitely designed for very tall people. Had to stand on tip toes to see in bathroom mirror and desk was so high from chair made it difficult to work. Really loud creak in floorboard between bathroom and room which kept making me jump 🤣
