Paid for a large bed which we got but with a normal size mattress, odd.
Toilet wasn't screwed to the floor

The ambience was great
The breakfast was not great , long waiting time as there was only one staff to attend to us..not the kind of breakfast you would expect from such nice hotel.
Location, staff , room nice ,odd cobwebs but overall just what we needed
We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, even arranged for breakfast to be served earlier for us to leave early to an event.
The rooms could do with abit of TLC, blinds broken in one, toilet roll holder broken in the other.

Breakfast was limited, building site opposite was very noisy very early.
Welcoming & relaxing . Staff were very mindful in miscommunication. The ambiance was good & the hotel room its self was great to the eye. The bathroom was clean & basic. Sheets were clean and as where the cushions as long with a complementary mini bar
Above the head of the bed . There was spider webs covered in the lights ahead
I stay here often, very nice rooms and great location allowing you to wander into Town without having to get taxis / cars etc. The breakfast is always amazing
The car park is not always available although their is a paid for option next door but nothing that can be done they have done a fantastic job with what is there

Room was too hot, windows didn’t open and no air con. No toothbrush/paste in bathroom.
Room was nice and comfortable
I was there for 4 nights, the garbage bin wasn’t emptied, toiletries weren’t replenished.
Only one person working breakfast, it took so long, scrambled eggs were cold and dry ice hotel with a good location
A little unclear how breakfast worked, but okay when understood.

The room itself could do with some upgrades:
- blinds were broken
- shower head was broken
- not sure it if was the bed itself or carpet on one side of the room that was a bit shabby
Also there were 2 mirrors in the room, one beside the wardrobe & one in the bathroom with no plugs beside or even in the same room as them, I was unable to do my hair with a mirror which is a ridiculous set up.
Not sure if that was just in the room I was in or if all rooms are like this.
