Ideal location for town hall wedding, large room with plenty of space. Bright area. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do more for us.
There was the odd repair in the room to be completed, but did not affect our stay.

It was very clean, well put together and modern. Couldn’t fault the facility at all.

Breakfast is lovely, people are really nice and helpful. Rooms are well put together and are always clean and look nice.
I couldnt park in the car park, there are quite a few rooms but only approx 5 car parking spaces.I parked next to the property in a public car park but that worked out £15 per day so can work out quite expensive
The location of the property from the station is a great selling point.
The aesthetics of the property looks great, but the room was smaller than the images. There was not a side table where the sockets were so had to put things in the floor. A mirror over the table would be handy. The dining area needed cleaning. The doors had grease and finger print marks. The widow seal near the tables was dusty and needed cleaning. I think they need more staff to maintain everything.
Beautiful hotel however fast advertised having Molton brown products in the bathroom , recived a half used Molton brown body lotion which I found pretty disgusting someone else had used it , shampoo and conditioner and shower gel not as advertised just some cheap version
Location in poor end of town centre, no parking no restaurant false advertising of facilities and tv didn’t work
The room was small but adequate for our needs, but being myself 5 ft 10 and my husband 6 ft 6 the bed we had was a little small for our needs. Would happily stay again if you have rooms with bigger beds. Thanks.
