Location is great Good parking for our evening out at The Parish
Only blinds at the window which over looks a bus station .. it can only be completely open or shut. Privacy issue.It could be better with voil or nets and curtains. Room 203 btw.
Toilet roll holder hanging off.
Toilet roll ran out . Extra roll found in cupboard under sink which isn't easy to get open after a call to reception
Only 1 vacant coat hanger in open wardrobe the other 2 had robes on.
Floor in shower room is damaged not best for bare feet.
Useless GLASS shelf in shower which is sloped so anything you put on it slides off..soap shampoo ect...
Paint damaged on walls by tv and looks shabby along with what looks like water damage to the doors and surrounds just been cut out.
Bed was ok and we slept ok.
Breakfast was good too
Fabulous location in the town centre, close to all pubs and ideal for our visit to the Smile Bar Lounge
Our room was in need of an update and had tired decor in places - not superior as advertised. Everything clean and very comfortable bed.

The room was not what I expected, the bed was rock hard and a very uncomfortable sleep. The bathroom blind was broken and you can't completely close it so the workmen opposite can see you showering, very embarrassing. The breakfast was really expensive. We asked for two rooms near each other but they were at the opposite ends of the hotel. Wouldn't book again.
