Good value for money. A nice hotel in all
Pros:

The hotel was clean and accessible. Breakfast was beautiful. Dining staff were attentive and nice and always at hand. The evening buffet was great and value for money. The young bell man was really nice and helpful.

Pros:

The hotel is in the town, it was better than expected, Decent rooms, good restaurant in the site, courteous staff.

Cons:

Shower in bathroom. The force was not much & sudden cold & hot water coming is tricky to bath!

Recommended, would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty with a good variety
Location is great
Staff are excellent, polite and efficient. We had the hotel drivers as well and they were really very good

Cons:

Cleanliness needs to be improved
Wi-Fi was terrible until the IT person placed a router in our room
But still had to log in everyday
Staying while also having to work, hence ned an efficient wi-fi

Uncomfortable stay, noisy room
Cons:

Rooms not comfortable....room facing road n loads of noise...couldn't sleep in night due to vehicle honking....Front office not willing to include gst details..later on insisting they included, check-out process long
