Nice facility, but bad beginning
Pros:

Convenient location, clean, good breakfast

Cons:

I was unable to check in for over an hour, 3:00- 4:15, because the computer system was down. No one considered at least writing names of the 8-10 guests in line so that eventually names could be called. NO backup plan to bypass computer problems—no plan at all
Bathroom door is glass so if anyone got up during the night, the light bothered anyone still trying to sleep.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast assortment. Easily walkable to stadium for event we were in town for.

Cons:

Had to keep key card in slot for lights. Parking is tight.

Cons:

nothing really except receptionist on check could have been a lot more welcoming and at least try and look like she enjoyed her job, not helpful when it came to asking for quarters for the laundry as the change machine was broken.

Cons:

It didn’t have a pool and was definitely advertised on the website before I booked with booking so I waisted 400 still waiting to get my money back

A Nice Place to Rest After A Busy Day
Pros:

the hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the couch area was separate from the sleep area, the staff-everyone from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the breakfast servers all kind, friendly and proactive!

Cons:

the tv set up was closer to the couch, it would have been nice to have one in the bed area and a smaller one in the couch area. the room dividers over the desk was not as clean as they could have been-I wanted a shower only room, this one had a tub-lastly when traveling you can pass this hotel as the entrance is not lit or marked with a vibrant color- which would help-I could not even tell the entrance from the back-it could be just me not into puzzles

Great experience at this property, I can’t say anything bad about this property.
Pros:

It was clean, and smell great, the staff was pleasant to talk with and they made sure you were informed about it the property. It was only Three blocks from the event we were attending.

Like the fact it was super close to where I was going

Cons:

Woke up and the whole floor smelled like a dumpster once out in the hall. Also any small movement and the bed frame squeaked or occasionally moved.

You pay more for the great location.
Pros:

location ideal for DPAC attending a Broadway musical. Great restaurant also at that location, easy walking distance from hotel, no worry with parking. Room was very comfortable, even the couch.

Cons:

Less pricey would be nice.
