Sehr schön für einige Tage
Pros:

Gute Lage und eigener Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Kleines Frühstücksangebot im Kühlschrank. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, aber trostlose Umgebung
Pros:

Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Ich durfte mein Auto netterweise schon zwei Stunden vor dem Check In parken. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und toll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und sogar einem Sandwich-Toaster. Über den Kühlschrank mit kleinen Überraschungen zum Frühstücken wurde ja schon ausreichend geschrieben. Das Bad ist neu und komfortabel, der Wasserdruck perfekt.

Cons:

Es fällt mir sehr schwer die negativen Seiten zu beschreiben, aber um ehrlich zu sein, würde ich hier nicht mehr übernachten. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf den Verteilerkreis und auch wenn diese abgetrennt ist, ist es wenig privat, da die anderen Mieter vorbeilaufen oder im Garten sitzen. Hinter der Anlage ist eine riesige Baustelle. Ich war am Wochenende da, kann deshalb nicht sagen, ob hier gebaut wird. Leider gibt es im Zimmer kein Fenster und die Terrassentür will man wirklich nicht auflassen, da jeder hereinkommen könnte.
Der Check In per Link und das Öffnen des Tores sind ok, jedoch sollte man sicherstellen, dass nie der Akku leer läuft. Ansonsten hat man keine Chance die Anlage zu betreten.
