Iba con las expectativas de un sitio normal para hospedarme, pero los detalles desde la llegada hasta la salida fue espectacular, los detalles de los complementos en la nevera, de las sillas y la sombrilla para usarlas en la playa.. todo excelente

Tranquilidad a pocos minutos de Alicante
Pros:

Buena ubicación para moverte por Alicante y alrededores, con el tranvía a apenas 2 minutos andando del alojamiento. Playa muy tranquila a 5 minutos andando y restaurantes cercanos.
Un detalle que dejaran el desayuno todas las mañanas, aunque los cafés no tenían demasiada variedad. Y un plus que incluya nevera, microondas, tostadora y cafetera, además de vajilla y cubiertos.
Buenas instalaciones, con terraza semiprivada y espacio para tender las toallas y demás ropa, además de zonas comunes para descansar y tomar el sol.
Posee unas taquillas para dejar el equipaje si fuera necesario, y la entrada se realiza de forma autónoma a través de llaves virtuales. Fácil comunicación con la anfitriona.

Cons:

A pesar de poner el cartel, la limpieza de la habitación no se produjo en varias ocasiones. Tan sólo se dejaba el desayuno y se cambiaban las toallas, pero el suelo estaba sucio y las sábanas no se cambiaron ninguno de los días de nuestra estancia. Esto generó la convivencia con varios tipos de bichos e insectos, nos encontramos varias arañas que tuvimos que matar nosotros mismos, mosquitos y hormigas. Nos fuimos con varias picaduras de recuerdo.
La casa está junto a una zona de obra, pero está parada y no supuso ningún inconveniente más allá del estético.

La proximité des commerces et de la plage d' Albufeteta. Le tram menant au centre ville ou à la plage de San Juan est juste en face. La terrasse est très appréciée.

Il manque une kitchenette avec un évier.

Маленький отель- чистота идеальная, легко добраться, спокойный комфортный сон, есть парковка, в холодильнике угощение+ вкусный кофе. Респект хозяину! Отель лучше всех похвал за не большие деньги.

Nice location and owner, however the property has to be cleaned
Pros:

The location was nice and quiet, close to the beach and a quick walk to the grocery stores. The room had nice air conditioning and kitchen supplies, which was a nice addition to our stay

Cons:

From day one we have noticed a few small ants here and there, but didn’t pay any mind, as it’s common in similar places. However, coming home on day two, we saw a giant cockroach on the wall. Again, we dealt with it and moved on, as cockroaches are a normal occurrence in Spain. Same night, when we turned on the air conditioning, cockroaches started coming out of it. Later we noticed a huge amount of ants running along the side of the room, in and on the fridge, some on the bed. It’s important to note that we didn’t leave any trash or food out. We called the property owner and were offered a deep cleaning service, however, we no longer wanted to stay. The lady was very nice and understanding and we agreed on the refund for the rest of the stay.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, dalla camera alla gentilezza dell'host. Il punto veramente forte è la posizione, 6 minuti di tram dal centro di Alicante e 15 dalla playa San Juan. Di fronte la stanza la fermata del tram fondamentale, e a 2 minuti a piedi la spiaggetta dell'Albufereta. Zona tranquilla, giardino per la colazione. TOP!

Lovely Stay
Pros:

The check in instructions were very clear and the communication from the hosts was great.
The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable nights stay. The breakfast items in the fridge were a lovely addition along with the coffee machine.
The outside area looked lovely with lots of seating, however it was very hot so we were unable to enjoy it at the time. If we were staying at a cooler time of year it would it be amazing.
