Sehr nette Kommunikation auf deutsch im Vorfeld, nur 4 Einheiten, gut erreichbar auch öffentlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, kleines Frühstück im Kühlschrank, schöne Liegen - jederzeit wieder

Cons:

Nächstes Mal würden wir statt Blick in den Innenhof den Gartenblick nehmen, aber insgesamt alles sehr schön und gepflegt!

It's a great find just a short 5 min tram ride from the city and 2 mins walk to trams and buses connecting you to all the coastal highlights. The room was spotlessly clean, and Julio and his team were very welcoming and helpful. Great little breakfast every morning and plenty of lovely outdoor space to eat and relax. Yes, it's next to the road, but silence and comfort when indoors. Lovely little cafe just opposite open all day and evening for breakfast, snacks and evening meals and a 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 mins to the nearest mini market.
Will definitely stay again if visiting this area.

Me sorprendió muy gratamente
Pros:

Está todo nuevo pero lo mejor lo cómida que era la cama, la ubicación y amé esa ducha. Grande comoda y con presión. Ah es un puntazo tb el suelo que al ser de tarima no te congelas los pies como en otros hoteles.
El dueño fue super amavle ya que llegamos a la noche de un domungo lluvuoso y nos atendió yayudo con todo amablemente.

Tb el desayuno!! Menudo detallazo tanyo eso como que haya nevera..

Es war alles top!
Die Lage ist perfekt (viele gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe - La Isleta und Mar de Lucia empfehlenswert- die TRAM Station gleich gegenüber, ein schöner Strand in 150 m).
Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und das Einchecken war perfekt.
