Pros:

A nice and quiet place to stay. The room was clean and well-equipped with a nice scent in it. Towels, shower amenities, a fridge, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine with coffee capsules were all provided.
A special thank you for the breakfast left in the fridge (a bread roll, soft cheese, cold cuts, and juice). It was very helpful as we arrived late at night, and it was lovely to have something to eat in the morning.
The hotel was easy to find. There is a tram stop nearby, and a taxi to the city centre costs around €10. It is also close to a beautiful beach.

Cons:

Tap water taste weird for drinking. But for shower is fine

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

We loved this property, made our vacation even more pleasant. The room was clean and had everything we needed, even more than we could ask for. Very close to tram and bus station, 5 minutes from the beach, few restaurants nearby. Short ride (10-15 minutes) with tram to Alicante city center. Would definitely come back here!

Preiswerte und saubere Unterkunft Nähe Stadt 😊
Pros:

Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, Entfernung 8 Minuten zum Meer Albufereta, eine ruhigere und nicht überfüllte Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inkl. Kaffe und Mikrowelle. Kommunikation top mit der Eigentümerin. Komme sehr gerne wieder:)

AGRADABLE

Alojamiento tranquilo y bien comunicado
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho que la habitacion aun siendo pequeña tuviera microondas, cafetera, frigo y una mini grill sandwichera. El desayuno de cortesía se agradece. La terraza comun tiene zonas chill out y se llega a ver el mar. El alojamiento es tranquilo ya que es solo una planta baja y pocas habitaciones. Hay obras en la zona y esta al lado de una rotonda transitada lo que no nos supuso un problema pero le resta algo de tranquilidad. Tanto el tranvia como la parada de bus están a tiro de piedra. Lo mismo la playa. El personal muy amable lo que coincidimos y por mensaje. No hubo mucho contacto (no hay recepcion, check in por codigo pero funciono todo correctamente).

Cons:

La cama era grande pero las gomas de la sabana bajera y el protector puede que queden muy justas y se salian todo el rato, resultando incómodo. Ambientador dentro del armario (no me di cuenta de quitarlo).
