Prima
Pros:

Locatie is prima. 2 minuten lopen naar de tram/trein . Dan is het 4 haltes naar het centrum van Alicante. Bus halte is voor de deur.

Cons:

Het is even wennen om zelfcheck in te doen. Het vragenformulier is in het Spaans. Bij aankomst deed onze app het niet om de poort te openen. Gelukkig heeft men op afstand de poort geopend. Zodat de auto naar binnen kon.

Great little place, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Lovey little breakfast included, room cleaned everyday and staff super friendly and helpful. Great location, would stay again!

Cons:

Just a shame there’s not a pool, but beach is only a 5 min walk away.

Fabulous. Lovely and clean. Bed really comfortable. Easy to find. Parking a plus. Near a lovely friendly bar for food and drinks. Great that your near tram to get places eg : Alicante centre beach front marina, Benidorm & many more places. Would recommend 😊

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit schalldichten Fenstern und idealer Lage für Alicante-Besuche.

Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer & idealer Ausgangspunkt für Alicante – 10/10

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten wirklich bequem. Man merkt an der Einrichtung sofort, dass die Unterkunft mit viel persönlichem Einsatz gestaltet wurde.

Besonders positiv hat uns die Ruhe überrascht: Obwohl ein Kreisverkehr direkt vor der Tür ist, sind die Fenster so gut schalldicht, dass man im Zimmer absolut nichts hört. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt, um Alicante zu besuchen, da die Straßenbahnstation ganz in der Nähe ist.

Auch der Service war klasse: Parkplätze gibt es direkt im Hinterhof, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei und das Frühstück wurde uns netterweise direkt in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Der Fernseher war zudem schön groß. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

A spacious room with a fridge and terrace. Outdoor space is great. Gave me a chair and umbrella for the beach. Lockers where I could store my bag after check out

Cons:

It is a little bit outside Alicante centre but there is a small beach across the way and a few restaurants, a mini market and the tram across the road.
Directions for using the tram and a tram map in the room would have been very helpful

EXCELENTE OPCIÓN DE ALOJAMIENTO EN ALICANTE!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación espaciosa, bonita, limpia, moderna y con una terraza acogedora. El anfitrión, Julio, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a que tu estancia fuese la mejor ! Recomendable 100%, sin duda repetiría y recomendaré a mis amigos !
