Reasonable price!
Pros:

Good location for NAIA airport, malls, MRT and Casino Malls. Comfortable beddings, good staff.

Cons:

Wasn’t able to have a Sales Invoice or Official Receipt either from Booking.com or the property hotel. So sad!

Disorganised dump
Pros:

Checking out and getting away from this joke of a hotel

Cons:

Frankly the most disorganised hotel in Manila. Check in with people lining up out of the front door and the lobby over crowded to the point of being dangerous. Room was a suite and is filthy. Stains everywhere, table tops, bathroom floor,carpets and bed, disgusting. Typical Filipinos who think shouting at the top of their voices day and night is then only way to communicate. 1 am ten people in one room 1802. All playing tik tok videos and screaming and shouting. Three requests to security before they came to deal with it. Dont even think about the restaurant, everything you order takes forever to arrive and its just reheated in the microwave. While you are giving up the will to live, waiting for your food, they will come and tell you several times they screwed up your order or do t have part of it. Now breakfast, what a fiasco, what is it with Filipinos and lining up. Breakfast starts at 6am . But hey, why not send someone down to line up at 5 am. Then a few minutes before it open the rest of the tribe turn up and totally flood the way too small restaurant andnuts like feeding time at the zoo. The only differences are at the zoo the animals don't eat with a cellphone in one hand blasting out stupid soap operas or tik tok garbage. No respect for anyone else ot themselves. Whole families glued to cell phones while eating,can't even hold a conversation
