Great place to stay for a work trip/visiting Manila.

The deferred maintance for this property remains deferred.

Cleaning and maintenance staff weere pleasant, professional and accomodating.

Cons:

The floor to the room was filthy. We don't wear shoes in a room and our feet were dirty immediately. They did provide two pairs of light slippers for the the two of us during our two week stay. They were never replaced so became as dirty as the floor. The carpet is worn, unvacuumed upon arrival and remained unvacuumed during the entire stay. There is no chair for the desk so had to improvise to work on a laptop.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is a relatively short drive from the airport.

Cons:

The hotel was designed with inadequate dining facilities. Even during the quiet time for breakfast one has to wait in a queue to be seated because there is insufficient seating. Even when you get there, the breakfast is poor. The location of the hotel is poor: it is in the new entertainment city which means the only dining options are in a mall. On arrival baggage is scanned: my travel iron was confiscated and returned only on check-out.

Pros:

Booked for 2 beds in a room.
Once arrived they only had queen bed room asked for another bed a pull up bed was provided with a charge of 2500peso per night for it.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Pros: The hotel is in a great location. Perfect walking distance to Okada and nearby malls. We appreciated our corner room. Our room was spacious. If you need a hair dryer, they can provide one for you. If you want to watch the sunset, head to the bridge. My husband had a great wifi connection (Android phone). My husband loved the towels. We were impressed because face towels were provided. We received a great deal from Booking.com.

Cons:

We needed a technician/staff member to assist us with turning on the television. Every time we wanted to turn on the TV, we needed to "touch a particular button" behind it. No special directions were provided, but the technician was aware of the problem. The water was not hot at certain times during the day (late morning, early evening). I did not have a good wifi connection (Apple).
