There is a long line for check in, check out, and even the buffet breakfast.

The reception, porterage and catering staff were all friendly and helpful.
The bedroom and hotel facilities were excellent.
Our evening meal in the restaurant was of average quality and a few options from the menu were unavailable.
The breakfast was very good with an extensive range of choices, however we had to queue for a while as the restaurant was very busy.

I always book here, and every time I enjoy my stay. The location is also pretty good, near Ayala Mall and the airport. The staff is always polite and helpful. Will definitely book here again!

Cekani na pick up z letiste, nezvednuti telefonu ihned ani na potreti, nedostatecna pohostinost v komunikaci,dlouhe cekani na zavazadla, fotky pokoje jsou mnohem lepsi nez realita, zadne rucniky na pokoji-museli jsme si o ne rict ve 2:00 rano, sprchovy zaves ve 4 hvezdickovem hotelu?....Voda ve sprse tekla studena, extremne tenke steny-slyseli jsme vse co se delo v okolnich pokojich. Proste spatna zkusenost na to, ze jsme chteli jen v klidu prespat.:/:)
Das Hotel war für die Einrichtung überfüllt. Beim Frühstück, bei der Anmeldung mussten längere Wartezeiten in Kauf genommen werden. Der Ausblick seitlich ging zum anderen Hotel. Da es keine Stores gab, musste praktisch immer die komplette Gardine zugezogen werden. Das Zimmer sollte ansprechend sein, war es nicht.
