The bed was comfortable.
Very crowded, and busy lobby. The condo sales staff were very annoying.
The food I ordered for room service arrived almost 2 hrs. Nakatulugan ko na.
And it does not even taste freshly made.
For a 4star hotel, breakfast buffet was not that impressive.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was not provided even though it was advertised they had the service, they just informed me that it's been fully booked! Even breakfast was only available for one person,even though the room was booked for 1 adult and 2 kids. The hotel charges for breakfast even though it was included in the booking. Avoid this place

Toilet kept backing up the bathroom faucet broke pour water pressure. Housekeeping would not come around when needed.
The staff in the dining room were very nice.
