The room was not prepared to the expected standard. I was allocated an unrequested connecting room, which affected my privacy and comfort. The room also lacked tea, had an unpleasant stench, and contained an unclean toilet, a nonfunctional television, and an unusable safe with no batteries.
I reported these issues to the porter that evening and was told an engineer would attend. However, because it was after 8:30 pm, repairs were deferred until the following day, when I was due to check out.
I had already booked a further three-night stay the following week, but cancelled it after this experience and moved to Okada instead. The hotel therefore lost that booking as a direct result of these issues.
Management should review how the room was released in this condition and take steps to prevent similar problems from affecting other guests.

The place is near at the airport, the room is clean and comfortable to stay good for its price

Good location, easy access to Ayala Malls and Mall of Asia. Driveway easy for Grab pick ups.
Thin ceiling, can hear movement from room above. Slightly damp air throughout the stay.
