OVERALL A VERY GOOD VALUE ALTHOUGH SOMEWHAT FAR FROM THE BEACH, RUINS,... CENOTES.....AND ALTHOUGH OUR STAY WAS A TAD HIGHER PER NIGHT, ( I'VE STAYED HERE TWICE BEFORE).....OUR BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH OUR STAY SO WE OPTED TO EAT OUT.

I didn't eat breakfast, cause it wasnt included in my package. I life the gardens,. the pools, helpful and friendly staff. Free secured parking

Que le falta mantenimiento a todo en general. Los Jacuzzis sucios,con agua verde, sillones sucios , colchones viejos y aguados . Sábanas y toallas viejas con mal olor , a las alfombras notablemente jamás les pasan una aspiradora . Debajo de las camas polvo que hasta tiene vida , SUPER SUCIO literal tuve que comprar un cloro y ponerle a los baños , a los trastes , poner toallas sobre los sillones por qué olían realmente mal . El aire acondicionado de la sala no funcionaba. La verdad es que el lugar tiene mucho potencial , pero está muy abandonado le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento y que realmente hagan limpieza , si así fuera sería un Hit en Tulum ...

O hotel tinha uma envolvência linda, saímos do quarto e parecia que estávamos no meio da natureza, tinha várias piscinas, todas muito bonitas, e as varandas com jacuzi privado são um toque extra

O hotel parecia abandonado... os bares das piscinas estavam todos fechados e no geral parecia que faltava cuidar do espaço. Fomos muito mal recebidos na primeira noite que chegamos, não nos souberam dar indicações de onde era o nosso quarto, andamos às voltas para o encontrar, quando chegamos estava cheio de melgas e baratas... havia uma greta na porta que tivemos que tapar com toalhas para impedir que continuassem a entrar bichos. As toalhas tinham nódoas... Os utensilios para cozinhar eram muuuuito limitados (e não havia material para lavar a loiça) e nem uma garrafa de água oferecem quando chegamos, passamos a noite cheios de sede até podermos ir comprar agua de manhã. O pequeno-almoço foi uma desilusão, esqueceram-se de nos dar as senhas do pequeno-almoço, no dia de saída precisavamos de ir apanhar o voo de manhã e o pequeno-almoço estava fechado, só abriu passado 30 minutos da hora prevista... Só temos direito a 1 prato (panquecas, ovos mexidos ou um prato tipico mexicano), café ou chá, sumo de laranja ou fruta, muito limitado. Outra coisa, na primeira noite pedem uma caução para vos entregarem o cartão do quarto (não tinha sido informado antes...) e como não tinhamos dinheiro vivo ainda, tive que deixar o meu passaporte como caução!!!

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war schlecht und der Frühstücksraum wirkte unsauber. Auch das Personal machte keinen angenehmen Eindruck. Das System mit Coupons war zudem sehr seltsam organisiert.

Es kam kein Room Service, Toilettenpapier bekamen wir erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt.

Der Pool, der zum Zimmer gehören sollte, war kalt und wirkte schmutzig, daher nicht nutzbar. Außerdem waren die Wände im Zimmer sichtbar dreckig. Insgesamt leider kein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

ÚNICA COISA BOA ERA O QUARTO, PORÉM AO CHEGAR A RECEPCIONISTA NOS LEVOU A UM QUARTO NO TÉRREO, TODO MOFADO E UM CHEIRO INSUPORTÁVEL. PEDI PRA TROCAR DAÍ ELA NOS COLOCOU NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR, NUM QUARTO MELHOR E SEM CHEIRO. AS INSTALAÇÕES ERAM BOAS E A CAMA TAMBÉM.

LOCAL ABANDONADO, SEM MANUTENÇÃO, TODO CHEIO DE MATO , PARECE QUE JÁ FOI MUITO UTILIZADO, PORÉM AGORA ESTÁ UM MAUSOLÉU. HOTEL GIGANTESCO PORÉM TOTALMENTE ABANDONADO. ALGUNS QUARTOS TINHAM UMA PISCININHA NA VARANDA E DAVA PRA VER ATRAVÉS DO VIDRO QUE A ÁGUA ESTAVA VERDE DE TANTA SUJEIRA. NO QUARTO QUE FIQUEI TINHA UMA PISCINA PORÉM COM LIMO VERDE DE FALTA DE LIMPEZA. PEDIMOS UM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ E FOI O MAIS HORRIVEL QUE JÁ TOMAMOS NA VIDA. ESSE HOTEL JÁ DEVE TER SIDO MUITO BOM ANTIGAMENTE, POIS FIZERAM UM INVESTIMENTO GIGANTESCO PARA AGORA ESTAR NESSAS CONDIÇÕES . QUE PENA!!
