Room size was great! The small bunk beds were as cute as can be and we will be bringing our grandkids next trip. Loved the shower controls on opposite sides of shower
the elevator key was a pain (but not a deal breaker)
My wife hated the bed pillows (again not a deal breaker)
Did not eat therr
Shower floor snd sink were dirty
The property was very nice. It was really nice that the kids were able to have their own room. The kids enjoyed the pool especially the slide. The hotel is definitely a nice place and I would consider staying there again.
The staff can be rood at times when asking questions but seems to be a common in pigeon forge unfortunately as questions bother hospitality staff. A suggestion would also be to keep arcade and game area open past 10pm. Also complimentary drip coffee should be served beyond 9AM. Also booking.com said parking was free on property but was charged $10 a night.
Excellent location, well maintained
Breakfast options
Loved the location and the atmosphere/amenities were great.
Our room was 107. The room was directly above the arcade which made it very loud up until 10pm. The volume on those games need to be turned down if anything.
Made the sleeping less enjoyable while on vacation.
Very nice facility. Extremely friendly staff.
We liked it ALL!!
Dated room, couch and bathroom not clean. Lots of noise including hearing bowling pins and balls from duckpin bowling at night and one morning.
The place was BEAUTIFUL. It was not what I expected, as far as the location. I thought we were starting on Dollywood property. It was nice. My Grandbaby really enjoyed it…..especially the pool! I had asked you all to do something to acknowledge her “5th” birthday….I guess you all couldn’t do that.
Acknowledging my Grand Baby’s 5th Birthday or NOT acknowledging it.
Lazy River, games, pool & slide. Not so many people and breakfast.
Parking fee and a little pricey on fee.
