Breathe of fresh air.
Pros:

Loved the exterior and interior colors and layout. Rooms size was nice. Clean and functional. Staff were polite. My family of six will not longer be staying down the road at our previous hotel. This will be our new spot for future vacations.

Very nice amenities - clean pool, nice rooms, comfortable beds, good resort vibes & very family friendly.

Cons:

Extra fees for parking.
Shampoo & conditioner out when checked into room
No toilet paper in pool restrooms
No towels out by pool - had to go to front desk to get them
Room would not get colder than 70
Water pressure is not the best
All this to say these things are not expected when you’re paying higher prices for a nice hotel

Pros:

The rooms were clean and was good for what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids did enjoy the arcade.

Cons:

For what I paid for the room I would have liked to see free breakfast. When checking out they said there was a 10 dollar a day parking fee. As many hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for parking. This is definitely not ok. The pool could have been cleaner.

A true Margaritaville feel
Pros:

There were so many things I loved about this hotel! The location was perfect! Right in the action of pigeon forge yet a quick drive to the park! This is a very KID friendly hotel, literally one of the best stays my kid’s ever hard! The staff was super kind, accommodating, friendly, and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect! Shout out to Rusty, he was so kind and helped me any way possible! I was so impressed how the WHOLE stay did so well with all the kids, including my boys who were a little wild.
