Location was nice and staff was very sweet
Bar downstairs was never open, the hut by the lazy river was never open so u had to walk all the way the fin and back for a drink, the gift shop/coffee closes at 3pm that is too early. Bowling closes at 9pm but everything else is open til 11pm. Pool towels... we had to go to the front desk to get towels, why are they not in the rooms or a station for them even if it's just a use at the pool only.
I enjoyed the arcade and the lazy river.
I had issues with the toilet they never fixed it. I notified them several times and it never successfully worked. The balcony also had a giant wall so we couldn't look out.
Always a great stay
The lodge had several activities for the family to do together.
Clean Hotel, Clean pool and lazy river, Large rooms, 2 queens, plus a separate room with 2 twins. Plenty of room for air mattress as well. Great place for larger family. Good food available onsite. Good location, easy access.
The shower in our room had no place to place personal toiletries shaving cream, shampoo, razor etc.....No place for a lady to prop feet to shave legs.
Great location. Great customer service. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Nowhere to hang wet clothes/towels after swimming
Food was good but way too expensive
We loved everything about this hotel and especially how big the rooms were!

I love the whole experience. Everyone was very friendly and nice.
Nothing negative just wish the lazy river was open as late at the pool
All areas were very clean and the furniture was very nice. On the end of town close to Gatlinburg. Which. Was nice so you didn’t have to cross through Pigeon Forge. Pools were a lot of fun.
Our room did have a urine smell and it was in the carpet near the bed. They didn’t have any rooms open to move us till the last night. The staff did agree it had a smell. They didn’t give us $150 credit. Also adults had to pay to go bowling which was crazy on how much food and drinks already cost. Plus paying to park per day.
