They charged me again fee after checking out for a one night stay. We left everything tidy, but obviously showing that the sheets need to be changed. Also no breakfast.
Everything was amazing, it was close to everything I needed! Bar was exceptional. Staff was great wasy smooth check in and check out !

The woman at the desk during check out (dark and pink/red hair) was not very helpful or knowledgeable about amenities or check out.

Showers are cold and rooms feel small, same sticker was on the floor in the hallway for two days even with maids in the hallway
didn't eat the breakfast because it was provided at the KTEC conference. I will say that at $249 for the night, asking extra for breakfast at mid-level hotel isn't the greatest look.
Location and view were great. Easy parking! The ability to plug in to an outlet in the garage and charge, thanks to a suggestion from the night clerk when we checked in.
Shower handle fell off, conditioner was watered down to appear like it had more in the bottle. I paid for a plain coffee in the morning as there was only decaf the room but after I paid, I noticed there was free coffee in the lobby. Why wouldn’t you mention “hey over there is free drip coffee?”, before I paidfor the same Starbucks brewed coffee?

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. Will definitely stay there again.
Signage could be improved from the 2nd floor parking garage explaining that the lobby is on level 3 and not on the ground floor.
