Overpriced
Pros:

Cons:

Shower was not clean, curtains were missing a rod, so a binder clip was provided to keep them closed. Requested an early check in and was denied. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10am asking if we were checking out. Not appreciated.

We liked that it was close to KSU and had parking.
Pros:

I like the location. It was close to KSU, as we were there to move our daughter into the dorms. i also like that it had parking garage, however it seemed pretty limited. i had asked for a room with a walk-in shower and was happy that we were accommodated.

Cons:

We had prepaid for breakfast but then were charged for breakfast. I had to call to get the charges removed, which they did for us. The door to our rooms did not close properly and we had to shove them to both open and close. We had a king bed and the mattress was not comfortable.

Very happy with the stay, and plan to stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent. Walking distance to all points of interest. Courteous staff was a bonus too.

Cons:

Parking deck filled up and we had to locate our own parking down the street. The front desk removed the parking charge from our account.

They charged me again fee after checking out for a one night stay. We left everything tidy, but obviously showing that the sheets need to be changed. Also no breakfast.

Overall was great will be coming back!
Pros:

Everything was amazing, it was close to everything I needed! Bar was exceptional. Staff was great wasy smooth check in and check out !

Patio was nice. Location was not bad.

Cons:

It was supposed to be pet friendly. How can that be if there is no grass for our dog to go to the bathroom. Parking garage was very small.

The location is great. Staff is friendly. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

The sheets had some black marks on them. When we checked in they put us in the wrong room, but they made it right by adding extra points to our rewards membership account.

The area, the lobby, bathroom and room was clean and spacious!

Cons:

The woman at the desk during check out (dark and pink/red hair) was not very helpful or knowledgeable about amenities or check out.
