الموظفة في الفترة الصباحية قمة في الأخلاق والتعامل كل الشكر لها ولإدارة الفندق 💐
لايوجد مواقف عند الوصول وموظف الإستقبال في فترة السهر بكل ابتسامة باردة يقول روح وقف في الشارع الثاني وأقطع الشارع وتعال لا أسلوب ولا إعتذار ولا حل مناسب 🤷🏻♂️

I absolutely love this hotel! I have stayed here every time I've gone to Jeddah and if you are going for hospital visits it's so convenient to Saudi German hospital. The staff are super accommodating and understand and the rooms are perfectly clean. The fridge in the room is a really good size and I feel it's really great value for money too!
The WiFi literally has never worked in any of my rooms anytime I've been there 😂 I just buy an unlimited data package for my phone but still it would be great if they could fix it.

حتى عند ابلاغ الموظف وعرضة تغيير الغرفة عند الذهاب لرؤيتها نفس المشكلة النظافة سيئة ، المخاد نوعية رديئة وغير مريحة لايوجد ارواب بالحمام ولا سليبرات نظافة الغرفة عامة مواقف السيارات ضيقة جداً
المواقف لايوجد تكون ممتلئه واخرج اوقف بالخارج ولايوجد مواقف كافيه للفندق سوا عشره بالاسفل
صراحة الفندق جميل لكن نظافة الغرفة غير جيدة والحمامات تحتاج صيانه فيها رطوبة واضحة ولكن بشكل عام ممكن اعيد التجربة
