快適でした！
Pros:

立地が良く観光地が地下鉄ですぐ。食事も周囲にお店がたくさんあるしドンキや薬局もすぐそばなので助かりました。チェックイン、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえ助かりました。

Cons:

窓開けたらすぐとなりのビル。日当たりも悪い。
でも安い料金なので仕方ないかなと思います。

推し活での利用で、宿泊費を抑えたかったので助かりました！
Pros:

栄駅からとても近いところ。駅近なのに宿泊費がお安く済むところ。

Cons:

フロントが2階のスナックなどの店舗と壁で仕切りがなく剥き出しなところがまず驚きました。施設情報にあったのかもしれませんが（私は気づけず）、部屋にはコンセントが2つしかなく、USBの挿せるものはありませんでした。子どもがUSBでしか充電できず、困りました。ユニットバスの鏡に歯磨き粉のような飛び散りがあり、少し不快だったので自分で掃除してから使いました。部屋が少し暑かったのでエアコンを入れようと思ったら暖房を切り替えられずで、窓を開けてみました。隣のビルの壁だけだったので外から見られる心配はなく安心して開けられました。コインランドリーに両替機がなく、自販機のある別の階に行って要らない飲み物を買う必要がありました。両替機があればなぁ。

立地が悪い
Pros:

お部屋は問題無しでした。

Cons:

周りの環境が怖すぎる。コンビニすらビビって入っていました。ホテルでは階下のカラオケの歌が聞こえます。

Pros:

栄駅まで徒歩2〜3分で、ドンキやデイリーヤマザキがあり便利。水回りの設備が新しめで綺麗だった。

Cons:

ベッドの下の掃除が不十分だった。覗かなくても、缶のプルタブが落ちているのが見えて残念だった。
