Outdated facility - location is good
Pros:

Location, quite accessible and surrounding area is calm and peaceful

Cons:

The facility is quite outdated and room aesthetics are not properly maintained. AC had tape over its blades and there’s water pipes coming down the roof in the bathroom to a bucket.
Electricity goes off and back on continuously and elevator is not always in service.
Staff are okay - not the friendliest for a hospitality sector.

So the property location was very near to the venue i wanted also nature was amazing and the weather up is very nice and colder than Beirut

Cons:

So 1 month before check in time the owner called us to transfer the money through western union in case we canceled the booking which is free of charge on booking!
The hotel is very old breakfast is very decent
And no enough hot water for shower
