This hotel should not be on Booking app option at all
Pros:

nothing at all

Cons:

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life.
I used to carry my luggage down stare by myself because the hotel have only one cart
There is no privacy inside the room as the window curtains are not sufficient and allow a view into the room from the neighboring building.
THE AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY VERY BAD
The bathroom is dirty and the sanitary ware worn out.

Clean and comfortable.

We were told the gym only opens at 10 which seemed strange. Not sure if that was a mistranslation. When we went down there after 10, there were no lights, no one in the spa space

Cons:

We were on floor 2 and floor 1 is an event space. There was really loud music up until midnight. There was no one at breakfast. Not sure why we weren't given a higher floor, away from the noise.

Very dirty and unclean. Breakfast is poor and not worth paying for it. The hotel price is too high
Pros:

The only positive thing are the look of the outside and the courtesy and immediate reaction of the lady at the front desk when I told her that the room I had been assigned to had not been cleaned nor prepared. She immediately apologized for it and gave me a free upgrade to a (unfortunately horrible) suite.

Cons:

The room was very dirty:
- the bathroom was dirty (urine stains on the wc, dried out bath foam or soap residuals on the entire bath tub and a large red coloured stain on the bottom. The towels were packed with long hair
- the desk had several stains of tea/coffe mugs
- the curtains do not cover the windows completely so it gets very bright in the morning
- silicone and filler repair on every wall and skirting board

The breakfast was a joke:
- it opens at 7 am. I joined at 7:15 and almost everything was empty. I've waited for several minutes for somebody to come and fill up but it did not happen. I had to insist with the staff to please fill it up. The cook filled up only 1 out of 4 hot pans and did not bring anything further until Ileft at 8:00. It is just not accpetable.
- there is no coffee machine nor freshly brewed coffee (even 3 star hotels do have it). Instead of that there was a tin can with some instant coffee powder to prepare your own coffee with some hot water.
- no juices to drink, just plain water. But there is soda, at cost.

The price would already be above the upper end for a 4 star hotel in Turkey and for this one it is just a scandal.

Superb
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and attentive, knew enough English to make communication easy. Location was easy to find, valet parking was included. Good view of the city and the nearby mosque. Restaurant was excellent, with a good variety of dishes. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

I and my family were very interested
Pros:

The receptionists are great and the cleanliness workers are very respectful and the restaurant was great. Thank them and I wished that I stayed at the hotel for other days, but I was linked to other reservations. Accept my sincere thanks and appreciation.
