Pros:

El servicio y la atención al cliente es excepcional, además de que lo regenta una familia humilde, trabajadora y encantadora. Sin duda lo recomendaría a todo el mundo porque si vuelvo a Hoi An será nuevamente mi primera opción de alojamiento.

Excellent location but need to exterminate pests like cockcroaches.

Die Lage ist super. Zentral gelegen an der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Zimmer war offensichtlich nur mangelhaft gereinigt. Habe schwarze Haare unter der Bettdecke gefunden. Da hat wohl jemand die Bettdecke nur neu ausgerichtet aber nicht gewaschen. Schimmel im Bad. Desinteressiertes Personal. Zahlung schon beim einchecken hätte mir zu denken geben sollen.

Delightful family stay
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged a tour for us and we enjoyed that very much. We booked the interconnecting balcony rooms, which were spacious enough for our family. The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the main street where there many restaurants, which come alive at night. It's also where you can do the famous lantern boat rides on the river. And it's a short walk to the Old Town. So location is fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights and when we checked out, our host gave us some Vietnamese coffee to take home. This was a very thoughtful and unexpected gesture, which highlights the family feel of the hotel. It's like visiting a friend's house more than a hotel.

Cons:

The shower is open and not separated from the rest of the bathroom by a screen or curtain. So the whole bathroom floor will get wet when you use the shower. It's not really a negative, just something you need to be aware of and get used to, as it's pretty normal in SE Asia to have bathrooms like this.

Pros:

The owner (Ruby and her mother) is very nice and helpful. I like the location of hotel which is very near to the center like 5 mins by walk. Our room is so clean and comfortable.

Loved the location and staff! They let me leave my luggage with them while I waited to check in

Cons:

I had to check out early in the morning and the doors were locked. There should be available front desk staff 24 7 because I almost missed my bus trying to get out

Booked a taxi ride thr hotel. Worse taxi ride ever. Very rude man . Don’t recommend using hotel taxi service. Book your own taxi.
