Pros:

Very quirky hotel, very close to central train station. Nice common areas you can sit around, including a patio area with a giant chess set. Staff were very welcoming. The room I had only had a window into the corridor, so I drew the curtain across for privacy. So no natural light, fine for a night or 2. . Oh and shower was very good

Awesome interior and super nice staff
Pros:

Super personel, świetny hotel estetycznie, robi wrażenie. Pokój mały, ale byliśmy tego świadomi. Super wygodne łóżka!!!! Czysto i ładnie. Mega blisko do dworca, a jednak cicho.

The staff was kind and helpful.
Pros:

I liked the theme of the different rooms and the common room.

Cons:

We got a room without a window to outside and it was very uncomfortable for not being able to get fresh air. The cleaning product what they used had a very strong sent and gave me headache 😟 . The room was very small and didn't have enough facilities to enjoy our staying there. We didn't get a table and only one chair we got for 2 person. Even to hang the towel was very limited. All together for the price it wasn't worth it, it was disappointing 😕 😔.

Building run down, very strong smell of air freshener everywhere, room tiny with windows only looking out onto corridors, two very steep flights of stairs, needs a paint job.. I didn't stay. Hotel very misrepresented on Booking.com and I feel I should be grant d a refund

Bijzondere ervaring
Pros:

Bijzonder hotel. De inrichting van m.n. de centrale ruimtes is bizar. Dat houdt het midden tussen leuk (Instawaardig!) en soms irritant. Precies wat kunst moet doen dus eigenlijk. Personeel is vriendelijk, bed is uitstekend, douche idem. Al met al wel een belevenis voor een paar dagen. Verder is de ligging t.o.v. het OV handig. Het centraal station is een paar minuten lopen.

Cons:

Met zoveel pretenties vallen ook de mindere dingen extra op: ontbijt wordt niet meer geserveerd, ook niet de ochtendkoffie die wel was beloofd. Wie bij inchecken geen 'tag' krijgt staat steeds voor een dichte buitendeur en moet soms lang wachten. Op verzoek heb ik er wel een gekregen. Maar het vervelendste was het bijna helemaal ontbreken van daglicht. Ik moest in de douche door een klein raam, en dan nog een raam, kijken wat voor weer het was. Er is dus ook helemaal geen frisse lucht, wat na een zeer hete dag wel fijn zou zijn geweest toen het 's avonds afkoelde. De airco werkte soms wel, soms niet. Misschien geldt dit alles niet voor alle kamers (ik had de Candy Room), maar wel iets om op te letten.
Verder goed om te weten dat het centrum van Rotterdam aan deze kant nogal abrupt ophoudt. Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum en de locatie is niet bijzonder.

Injured by improper cleaning, not well handled.
Pros:

Excellent decor, reception staff friendly. Original room as booked.

Cons:

Room was improperly cleaned, leaving tiny shards of glass on the floor. Wife ended up with glass embedded in foot, and I found several more. Tried to remove glass, some remained. Reported to reception, was not confident room could be cleaned at night given the size and number of pieces of glass so was moved to a much smaller room with fewer facilities.

Korzystna lokalizacja, fajny design. Plus za herbatę i kawę za darmo.

Cons:

Ciasny pokój z powolną klimatyzacja, która powodowała, że było duszno. Zbyt miękki materac jak na 2 osoby. Pomysł z umywalką przy łóżku beznadziejny, bo chlapiesz sobie na poduszkę.

Un hôtel très sympa mais avec des améliorations à faire pour un séjour plus agreable!

Design intérieur très original, fun, coloré
Vraiment visuellement agréable
Personnel gentil et souriant, qui souhaite rendre service! personnel en job etudiant?, ce ne sont pas des professionnels je pense.
Les bagages peuvent être laissés en attendant le check in et après check out si vous avez encore quelques sorties à faire.
Linge de lit propre et frais
Chambre qui sentait bon à l'arrivée et température toujours agréable.
Localisation parfaite à Rotterdam près de la gare, idéal pour bénéficier de tous les transports possibles et de ceux de nuit.
Ideal quand le check out se fait à 11h et que vous avez un train à prendre ou un avion!

Cons:

Bruyant le matin et une bonnenpartie de la journée, les murs sont fins entre les chambres et le ménage est fait de manière très bruyante dans les chambres voisines. Grasse matinée difficile...
L'évier s'est rapidement bouché et il n'y a pas eu de réparation malgré notre signalement
L'eau de la douche débordait dans la chambre
Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, on pouvait en emprunter un à la réception mais qui n'avait qu'une vitesse sur 2 fonctionnelle
Pas de serviette pieds.
Seulment 1 serviette éponge par personne (taille moyenne, difficile avec 1 seule serviette de se laver corps et cheveux et de les sécher quand on les a longs) et 1 pour les mains.
Pas de coffre dans la chambre
Fenêtre qui ne s'entrouvre pas. Rideaux peu occultants quand le jour se lève.
Poussiéreux, sale sous le lit.

Leuke sfeer en goede locatie, maar de kamer viel voor de prijs erg tegen.
Pros:

Het concept dat het hotel hanteert voor de inrichting van de algemene ruimtes en leuk en origineel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de locatie was prettig. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten lopen vanaf Rotterdam centraal.

Cons:

De foto's waren voor mij een beetje misleidend. Het leek of sommige ruimtes bij de betreffende kamer horen, maar dat is in werkelijkheid niet zo. De kamer waarin we verbleven was niet eens een kamer te noemen. Het was meer een hok met een bed erin en voor deze prijs vind ik dat niet kunnen. Daarnaast hebben alle kamers geen televisie. Als ik dat van tevoren had geweten, had ik hier niet geboekt.
