Tolles Hotel für Städtetrip

Die Lage und die Ausstattung war Top! Das Frühstück im Casafina ist sicherlich eher teuer aber wirklich lecker.
Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom Personal! Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und stets ein freundliches Lächeln! Dies erlebt man nicht mehr oft! Wir danken Ihnen!

Cons:

Das Einzige was uns gestört hat war der Lärm am Abend von der Bar oder den Restaurants. Teils bis Mitternacht. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür.

Really liked and enjoyed Estepona. Very pretty old town and lovely promenade along seafront.
Pros:

Location perfect in the very pretty main square.We had De Luxe double room which overlooked this. Staff couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast, served at table and not buffet, was excellent with plenty of choice. Two restaurants and a bar with different vibes - all good. Room cleaning twice a day to make sure everything was "just right" for our comfort. Lovely toiletries.

Cons:

Fortunate enough to have real good weather for February so afternoons were hot enough to sit outside. Unfortunately roof area where this would have been possible was closed until later in the year.

Geweldig hotel! Alleen maar genoten
Pros:

Geweldig mooi hotel . Gelijk aan een heel gezellig pleintje . Superaardip personeel . Kamer geweldig !

Cons:

Enige minpunt is dat er geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel is.

Most wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything - the place was faultless - staff, facilities, room, restaurant were exceptional.

Cons:

Only minor thing was coffee machine was inside a very dark cupboard ans there was no light but it did not impact on what was an exceptional stay.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The help from staff was excellent. We received an upgrade, but sadly that room had a lot of noise. The manager, Lourdes Lopez was excellent. She gave us a free upgrade to an even better room, plus a bottle of Cava to apologise for the inconvenience, which we very much appreciated. Customer service score 100%.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but I think it was a little too orientated towards British guests. We would have liked a few more Spanish items - good cheeses and meats for example. Mind you, it would help if the British guests tried to speak even a little Spanish!!
