Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

We spent five wonderful nights here. Lovely friendly reception on arriving and welcoming glass of bubbles. Beautiful room with sunny terrace and hot tub. Lovely staff that made us feel so welcome. Delicious breakfast and our room cleaned and refreshed for us with a lovely smile.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing Spanish Gem
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed every minute. The location is spot on, right on the square, which is the main draw, full of life, atmosphere, and great places to eat and drink.

The rooms are beautifully done, clean, stylish, and really comfortable. Everything feels well thought through, from the décor to the little touches that make the stay feel a bit more premium.

Service was excellent on both visits. Staff are friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything you need.

Breakfast is also worth a mention, great quality, good choice, and a perfect way to start the day before heading out.

If you’re looking to stay somewhere central with a bit of charm and energy, you won’t go wrong here. We’ll definitely be back.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, dennoch hätte das Service Personal freundlicher sein können.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte besser sein können, teils unfreundliches Servicepersonal. Bei schlechtem Wetter bietet das Hotel keine besonderen alternativen.

A great week in a great hotel
Pros:

Staff so friendly, reception excellent. Cleaners do a great job and make you feel so welcome. Great Mahou offers in Coopers Bar.

Rude and obnoxious staff
Pros:

Rude and obnoxious staff in the rooftop bar. Asked for a drink at 7.40 and they refused as they closed for drinks at 8pm. Generally as unhelpful as they could be.

Great hotel with fantastic staff and we will be back soon.
Pros:

Possibly the best hotel in every way that we’ve ever stayed at. From the hotel itself, to the location and its crowning glory - the staff. They went above and beyond to help us out on several occasions and we can’t thank them enough. Loved it all.

Lovely hotel but the only issue is that the roof top bar is closed in winter and there is not an alternative option apart from a rather noisy pub style bar on the ground floor.

Lovely introduction to Estapona.
Pros:

Perfect location. The staff were wonderful, very helpful.

Cons:

There was a sewer smell in the room. We reported it but they weren’t able to address it while we stayed in the room.
