het bed en de kamer zijn prima

Cons:

atmosfeer in de kamer is niet prettig, hele droge lucht en herrie van de airco. uitzetten is geen optie want start het vanzelf weer, zelden zo'n slechte nachtrust gehad in een hotel

Geen beschuit, geen ontbijtkoek. De laatste dag waren de eieren op. De bar was dicht. Stond bij het ontbijt nog dat de bar open zou zijn maar de bar is niet open geweest.

De ligging is dichtbij het station en centrum van Arnhem. Het zijn hele nette kamers.

Cons:

De deken. Ze hebben elke keer alleen een warme winterdeken vulling. Geen zomervulling deken. Ik snap niet dat ze beide varianten niet aanbieden, dan kan de klant zelf bepalen welk type vulling hij / zij in de hoeslaken wil.

Pros:

De locatie was echt top! Naast het centraal station.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en beleefd.
Hotel was schoon en zag er verzorgd uit.
