Easy access to bus and train station. Very close to shops.

Cons:

No coffee and tea station available in room. Have to go to lobby for tea and coffee. Coffee machine out of order 1st day. Coffee and tea station very dirty and not stocked. Had to request items and staff not very helpful.

The hotel with a very good location and pleasant stuff
Pros:

Very helpful reception desk and very good cleaning stuff.

Cons:

The mattresses were very soft and the hotel do not have a toilett at the ground floor.

Locatie in het centrum van Arnhem

Cons:

Ik vind 17,50 voor een ontbijt als je al een behoorlijke kamerprijs betaalt best veel. Daarom dit keer niet gedaan. Verder miste ik een mogelijheid om een kopje thee of koffie te maken op de eigen kamer.

Pros:

Prima locatie. Redelijke kamers. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen kast voor je kleding is. En we miste een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer.
