There was no communications between me and the facilty (none). There doesn't appear to be anyone answering the phone and I never checked in.
Tôi đã đặt nhầm cùng một phòng hai lần, và tôi đã đích thân đến quầy lễ tân khách sạn để thông báo cho nhân viên. Toàn bộ quá trình, từ lúc đặt phòng đến khi đến quầy, chỉ mất 10 phút. Tôi nói với nhân viên rằng tôi muốn hủy đặt phòng vì gia đình tôi cũng đã đặt một khách sạn ở khu vực khác cùng lúc đó. The room was not clean and smelled of smoke . How can you still allow to smoke in a hotel nowadays. Also the bed and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff are friendly and helpful, google translate is excellent.. The location for us is perfect a little way out of Ho Chi Minh City, there is enough places to eat and drink nearby and you can always get a Grab easy enough. We stayed here last year and would recommend.
