Not just vad value for money, but actually bad
Pros:

The location was great and we liked that there was a sauna and parking. About the room, the only thing we really liked was the size of the bed.
Considering the price, everything else did not meet our expectations or was actively bad.

Cons:

For perspective: We got an expensive category of room (even for Albanian standards), supposedly with a nice terrace and view.
However, it was very much not the luxury we expected at this price.
The room was not clean, with the floor even being sticky in places. The room was noisy, with a main street out front and the windows felt like paper, soundproofing-wise. The terrace was not nice at all, had to be accessed through the bathroom and was actually accessible from the hallway, too - we basically shared it with the whole floor. But the view was not nice after all, and the noise from the street forbade outdoor relaxation anyways.
About the sauna (which was actually good): We inquired how to use it at check-in - and were told we could simply go in any time. Turned out we needed to ask for it to be turned on after all, after which it took an hour to get hot.
The worst of all, though, was the breakfast. Sure, we are vegans, but despite that not being so special any more, we had asked upfront about options and they had messaged back stating there were going to be options for us. Those turned out to be very sparse and actively unpleasant - we believe the olives had actually gone bad. It's fair to say we were repulsed by the food. Needless to say, we did not have breakfast in the hotel the second morning.
