Absolutely amazing experience at Golden Palace in Shkodra! The place is elegant, very clean, and has a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit.
The food was outstanding, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really feel the quality in every dish. Service was fast and well organized, which made the experience even better.
One of the best places in Shkodra for sure. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back again!
Overall, the experience was very very good and everything else was enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t like is that there isn’t any space or area designed for small children. If you have kids around 1 to 3 years old, it can be a bit difficult since there’s nowhere for them to play or stay comfortably. I think this is something that should definitely be considered for families with young children.

Well the first time I have been there and the train to sale me a different room and I did not expect it then at 6:00 in the morning the next day the cleaning lady was mocking my door of the room someone on phone was telling her is no one there then the breakfast omg don’t bother to pay for it is nothing there then I only started 3 days end every day I need it a new key for the room the 4 star hotel with just 2 stars the end was amazing the set to me that I drink som drinks from the room I haven’t even opened it omg don’t pay ant the end pay before to see what the charge you please people be careful .
Amzaing place and hotel located perfectly in the main road where everything happpens. At the same time its not much sound that was wild and amazing to be honest. And waking up to bird songs. W0000W

Super friendly staff, clean, pleasant vibe, comfy beds, reasonable prices at the resto, extra amenities (pool, sauna, spa, gym). Some customers complained about not as generous breakfasts they expected for 5 stars. But we enjoyed the breakfast. Fresh, tasty buffet style. Just the right variety and amount. Making it bigger would be wasteful. Overall, we had a spotless experience.
Location was in area with easy walking the eating establishments.
