Very good location not far from bodrum marina and city, the hotel is beachfront with a very nice view of the sea, lovely staff in reception and restaurant always helpful, very clean hotel, the quality of food.
Close to city life, perfect breakfast, easiness of having close access to the beach
Tuzz restaurant’s menu was quite confusing in terms of size, referring to some dish ara that can be shared between 2-4 people. Difficult to decide how much to order, it was either too small or too big.. confusing menu.. waiters were giving different information on what we can really expect
Location and hotel's beach were excellent. The sea cove where the hotel is location was very beautiful with a long promenade. Not too touristy with plenty of top quality local cuisine and excellent fish and seafood. Great place for family or friends to stay, relax, eat and drink and enjoy the sea which was exceptionally clean and so fresh. Most important was the staff, they worked so hard to look after guests and were truly kind and warm, Kaz, Ahmet, Rabia, Leyla and all the others... lovely people

La colazione era sempre la stessa e con poche opzioni. Dopo aver pulito la camera è stata lasciata aperta per due giorni.
Ordinare al ristorante è stato molto difficile, non a causa della barriera linguistica, ma in quanto molti piatti/prodotti non erano disponibili e lo staff non è stato dei migliori (poco amichevoli e spesso portavano l ordine sbagliato)
La mattina bisognava svegliarsi presto (7/8 di mattina) per poter aver un posto in spiaggia.
Molte persone mettevano gli asciugamani alle 7 di mattina e arrivavano in spiaggia solo a 12/13 di pomeriggio.
E nonostante ci fosse scritto che gli asciugamani non usati sarebbero stati rimossi alle 11, non è mai stato fatto.
La stanza era molto piccola e quando siamo arrivati c erano 3 letti invece che 2 (nonostante sapevano il numero di persone).

Wir waren vier Nächte im Kayı Hotel. Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen insgesamt nicht erfüllt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gab kaum Platz, um unsere Koffer vernünftig abzustellen oder auszupacken, was besonders bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr unpraktisch war.
Auch die Preise für Essen und Getränke im Hotel waren aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu hoch.
Besonders enttäuscht sind wir über einen Vorfall mit unserem Gepäck. Wir hatten eine besondere und hochwertige Flasche Gin dabei. Während unseres Aufenthalts verschwand diese plötzlich. Erst nach unserer Abreise bemerkten wir, dass sie sich nicht mehr in unserem Koffer befand. Natürlich können wir nicht sagen, was genau passiert ist oder wo sie geblieben ist, aber dieser Vorfall hat bei uns ein sehr ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen und unser Vertrauen leider beeinträchtigt.
Positiv hervorheben möchten wir hingegen das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeitenden dort waren stets freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Über das Reinigungspersonal können wir keine faire Bewertung abgeben, da wir kaum Kontakt zu ihnen hatten.
Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel aufgrund der sehr kleinen Zimmer, der hohen Preise sowie des unangenehmen Vorfalls mit unserem verschwundenen Eigentum leider nicht noch einmal buchen.
The rooms were clean and fresh, the cleaning was good as well. We liked the breakfast even though there were no variance to it, so a little bit boring. We really liked the service we got from the beach personel with the blue shirt. I think his name was Mr Ramazan, he was really attentive and kind.
Getting sunbeds by the beach was a disaster. Hotel guests got up early in the morning, but towels on all the sunbeds and then disappeared for the whole day. By 09.00 all sunbeds were occupied, but only 1-2 guest were actually there. The workers did nothing to stop this behaviour. We started to look out for how the sunbeds were being used, some hotel guests showed up a couple of hours later, some never showed up but the sunbeds were still "occupied" for the whole day.

Location is nice, right on the beach. Staff are very helpful especially in the restaurant and beach side
The room is extremely small, for this amount of money. As well they gave us ground level room close to the kitchen and pool was very noisy and busy all day
