We could see the beach right in front of us. That was lovely. The property is big, rooms are spacious. There’s ample parking on site, and on site staff are very friendly and helpful.
The photos do not accurately represent the current condition of the property. It’s in need of maintenance and updating to come close to advertised images. The pool area is basic and seeing how our rooms and balcony were maintained I wasn’t confident that it would be safe to use the pool; that’s on me.
This booking was made as a treat for my family, and I was disappointed with what we found here. After much discussion I was offered a 10% refund which by the time it found its way to me, was a little less than that.

Great villa. We were the only guests there and we liked everything. The villa requires a small renovation, but the price is quite reasonable.
Wi-Fi is terrible, it works intermittently and in certain areas. Moreover, there was absolutely no mobile connection in our room.

WHEN WE ARE BOOKING IN VILLA LEAVING THE FIVE STAR HOTELS WHEN PRICING IS SIMILAR, WE CAN EXPECRT ONE DEDICATED COOK IN THE VILLA TO GET THE FOOD OPTIONS SO THAT WE CANNOT REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE VILLA FOR FOOD AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME CAN BE UTILISED FOR ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFUL VILLA AND ITS FACILITIES.

This property really has the wow factor! There are plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the views across all different levels of the building.
There is fantastic outdoor dining space and indoor lounge area.
The pool is lovely and clean and a great space to cool off with plenty of space to chill around it.
All the rooms are excellent with plenty of space and en-suite bathrooms.
The staff are wonderful - they are always on hand to help and the chef option is easy and efficient and the food is delicious- especially the local sea food. Definitely worth it - we had some incredible meals 😊
Location is fantastic, a quick 3 wheeler into town and easy walk to beach over the road (although rough for swimming).
