Pros:

Helle, saubere und einladende Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, das Bad war nicht riesig aber es war ausreichend Platz und die Dusche war schon groß, so das auch Leute mit "Format" bequem ein- und aussteigen konnten und viel Raum in der Duschkabine hatten.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und war sehr üppig. Das Abendessen wurde ebenfalls als Büffet gereicht und war solide Hausmannskost mit völlig ausreichenden Kombinationsmöglichkeiten. Während der Essenszeit waren auch die Getränke (Softdrinks, Bier, Wein) im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, ruhig und etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme, aber denoch so zentral, dass alle Attraktionen des (östlichen) Harz schnell und gut erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden (zumindest habe ich keinen gesehen), was die Barrierefreiheit etwas einschränkt.

Cons:

Seifenspender unter der Dusche defekt, wurde gemeldet, aber trotzdem nicht repariert.... Handtücher verschlissen.
