اشكرا إدارة الفندق على المبادرة الطيبة بمناسبة تاريخ ميلادي الذي صادف تاريخ حجزي في الفندق وتقديم كيك بهذي المناسبة

انا وعائلتي من زبائن الفندق عند توجدنا في اسطنبول.
كان في اعتقادي انه سيتم ترقيتي الى غرف أكبر من التى تم اعطاي ايها أخر مرة .

Choose address and you will never want to stay anywhere else.
Pros:

This hotel was unreal, no other hotel can make you feel as comfortable or welcomed enough or compare. The staff were the nicest people and so hospitable. I also used the spa facilities and even that was amazing. A huge thank you to every single person apart of Address Istanbul you are a credit to the hotel experience delivery. I will definitely be booking again whether it’s Istanbul or elsewhere. It was truly an unforgettable world class experience to say the least.

Pros:

Комфортный, красивый отель, отличные завтраки, красивый вид из номера, удобные кровати и подушки. На день рождения подарили торт 🎂! Спасибо! Хорошая сауна и бассейн, народу немного. В лаундже можно выпить чай-кофе, оч удобно. Хороший фитнесс зал

Cons:

На завтраке несколько раз пытались заказать яйца-пашот для каждого гостя и приносили только одну порцию! Причем к концу завтрака, видимо на десерт 😬. Нет зубных щеток в номерах. Не очень расположение отеля, добираться до всего только на такси, а оно оч дорогое.

Top Hotel und wunderbarer Service.
Pros:

Das Hotel war so schön dass wir es noch verlängert haben. Ich würde aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Schöne Lage und etwas fernab von dem ganzen Trubel im Taksim oder Nisantasi. Emaar Square direkt im Gebäude, man kann einfach im Hotel entspannen.

Cons:

Nichts ausser dass das Hotel etwas weiter weg gelegen ist was aber auch seine Vorteile hat, je nachdem was man gerne unternehmen möchte.

The exterior, the cleanliness, amenities. Mall is right next to the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast is very very poor, the floor near the juice area was sticky and had to complaint about it to the staff. Food to the room was not good at all. Food in general needs to be worked on.

Relaxing, smelled good and luxurious.
Pros:

Always a top notch experience, really have nothing to complain about .

Cons:

It’s on the Asian side, so if you have a lot going on on the European side it might not be ideal.
But there’s a mall right downstairs so that’s that.
