الموقع معاملة الموظفين في الاستقبال الاهتمام باقامتنا.
وجود فيشة الكهرباء مثل التي توجد بدولنا العربية .

النظافة فالغرفة ،كان يوجد حشرة بالغرفة مما تسبب بحساسية لنا في اليوم الاول وجود جهاز لوحي يحتوي على كاميرا داخل الغرفة ،أزرار الانارة فالغرفة ،الفطور قليل الخيارات

We had a great time during our stay at Address Istanbul. The hotel was spotless clean and the best part was the service. I can’t but thank each and every staff member we dealt with for their hospitality. I would also like to thank the hotel management for the nice gesture they made in celebration of our anniversary. nice hotel, nice staff, tasty breakfasts with good variety of food

the cleaning service is chaotic and needs to be fixed for sure

sometimes they don't come for the day cleaning until 16-00. sometimes they just miss the evening cleaning. sometimes they don't come for cleaning even after the direct request. sometimes they miss to take away the dining table with their cleaning

Great stay with direct indoor access to the Mall
Pros:

The hotel is new and well maintained. the staff are very friendly and seeks to help starting from the concierge to reception to servicing staff. the parking area is vast and there were a lot of spots. i liked that you can go to Emaar mall without leaving the hotel which was an advantage to the hotel. the room was quiet and had a good sleep.

Cons:

the breakfast food experience is not up to your standards. you have Poor main course menu.
