The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The beds, linens, and overall comfort were outstanding.

The breakfast deserves a special mention — it’s absolutely incredible. The variety, freshness, and quality are on another level. Honestly, it’s the kind of breakfast where you could easily gain five kilos because everything looks and tastes amazing. Every single dish is beautifully presented and delicious.

The entire staff — from reception to breakfast team, room service, housekeeping, and dining — are simply WOW. The level of hospitality, kindness, and professionalism is remarkable and truly rare. Everyone works with such warmth and attention that you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay.

But what we will remember most is one special receptionist. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she is a petite lady with a lovely chestnut bob haircut, and she was absolutely incredible. She made our trip unforgettable with her attentiveness, kindness, and the way she noticed even the smallest details. She has a natural elegance and professionalism that truly stands out. She didn’t just do her job — she created a feeling, an experience, a memory. People like her are what make a hotel truly special.

Pros:

We were very happy with everything. Firstly the hotel staff took note of my request for top floor and the view from the room with the premier square view is stunning .. The rooms and the hotel are very spacious ,the lightings control is great and the direct access to the mall is great bonus. Last but not least the gym ,the pool and the spa are on the highest floor so you have amazing view over the entire city.Security checks and screening at the entry is also very nice touch and makes you feel safe and relaxed.

Cons:

No problems at all.
