Every time I visit, there is only one place I call home: Address.

This wasn’t my first stay, and it certainly won’t be my last. Over the years, Address has become my home away from home. There are many beautiful hotels, but very few can make you feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for every single time you return. This hotel does exactly that.

Everything is exceptional. The peaceful atmosphere, the immaculate cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, the outstanding service, and most importantly, the people. From the moment we arrive for check-in until the moment they wish us a safe journey home, every interaction is filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.

Unfortunately, I’m terrible at remembering names (as always!), so I don’t want to mention a few people and unintentionally leave anyone out. Instead, I want to thank every single member of the Reservation and the Front Office team. Your genuine smiles, kindness, patience, and professionalism never go unnoticed.

A very special thank you to the Reservations and Front Desk teams. As someone who almost always ends up extending my stay or changing rooms, I know I don’t make things easy! Yet every single time, you go above and beyond to make everything seamless and to ensure my comfort comes first. Your flexibility and dedication mean more than you know.

I also want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful surprise upgrade to a suite. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly didn’t expect, and it made my stay even more memorable. Pros:

Location is perfect and the variety of food was great

Cons:

Compared to the UAE, the behavior of some lobby personnel was very amateurish and somebody did not have a complete command of the English language. One of the personnel brought the luggage to the side of the car and without putting it in the trunk returned to the lobby.
Last but not least, it was so strange for the ADDRESS hotel that guest should pay for using outdoor parking.
