Pros:

1. 地點在港區，麻布十番出來後走3分鐘就可以到
2. 房間可以放2個28吋的行李箱，行走也不會不方便

Cons:

整趟旅程最讓我不滿的就是我叫了外送，但櫃檯不幫我收。 我說了我電車延遲，大概10分鐘後就會到，櫃台還是不收
我不確定是誰在說謊。 即便我已經同意讓外送人員送餐到我房間門口。櫃台人員還是不讓他上樓， 櫃台說他們沒有收到員通知說我同意上樓。
如果不收外送餐點這麼重要，早該在入住一開始就說明，不是害我浪費1萬多日幣的外送餐點，然後讓我全家人餓肚子。
早知道是這種服務品質，我跟之前一樣住喜來登飯店就好了，價差也沒有很多。 給這間飯店機會，但是卻讓我失望到不行。
我這輩子不可能在入住這種飯店，也不推薦給準備要來的人。

我衷心建議: 去喜來登住吧!這間不值得你花錢!!

Top Lage und sehr freundlicher Service. Umweltbewusstes Hotel mit "Opt-out" Cleaning und vieles mehr.
Das Hotel ist ein bei Expads sehr beliebt und ist ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit einem kleinem Tisch, Waschmaschine und Küchenzeile.

トイレのノズルの汚れは大きな減点要因
Pros:

立地条件　外観　朝食　設備

Cons:

トイレのウァシュレットのノズルが前回も今回も汚れていて使えなかった。掃除が行き届いていない。
リネンの匂いも気になった

Terrible.
Pros:

Not much. Just he place is a bit of a joke. The room is smaller than a shoe closet. No one should stay in a place so claustrophobic as this.

Cons:

The place is not ready for prime time. The rooms are small. The service is below par. The corridors are always filled with ugly cleaning carts. Avoid if you can.

I really enjoyed coming downstairs from our nicely sized room to a coffee shop which served delicious breakfast.

If you are a light sleeper, a large person, or have a lot of luggage, I would look elsewhere.
Pros:

The location of the facility was nice, quite a few places to eat all around and easy access to the subway that can get you anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for directions or calling a taxi.

Cons:

All the rooms face the main road. While the sliding doors are nice and soundproof, the ventilation next to the sliding door in the wall, as well as the shower and kitchen all linked to one exhaust that allowed for sound to travel in a very loud way. Emergency vehicles and other noises were VERY easily heard and my sleep was disturbed multiple times. The ventilation cannot be blocked off to stop the sound.

The size of the room was also very small. Barely enough room for the two twin beds, luggage was spread all over where there is empty space, which is very little.

The beds were not very comfortable. They felt like the old spring mattresses. The pillows were also a little odd. One was very stiff, the other fluffy but super thin.
