Would definitely stay again if the location was much closer to Shibuya.
Pros:

Cleanliness was great, especially the room service and the facilities too.

Cons:

The sizing of the rooms were a bit small to fit 2 larger suitcases, but i think that is standard in Japan.

Pros:

It's in a fantastic location.
Hotel is clean, staff was friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The springcoil bed is too soft, giving me some discomfort on my back.
Otherwise everything was almost perfect.
I have lost some jewelry but not sure where I'd lost it as I stayed in 3 different hotels.
I hope this is not the one 🥺

Pros:

Cons:

Very nice apartment and satisfying services with amazing location of the hotel close to everything.
Pros:

Beautiful room with the location being the most important part. Its location has been amazing with a lot of restaurants nearby and also the underground.

Cons:

The space could be distributed a little bit better so that people with a few luggage could fit a little bit better
