Pros:

I didn't like that there was only one fee of $17.00 at the restaurant for adults. I would love to have chosen something off the menu. There was no one available to greet us or offer any options. Only a sign with the price.

Check in with Deyquan was very good. He was friendly and told us the name of a mall in which we did go to and shop

Very nice hotel, convenient to LGA with shuttle service
Pros:

We liked how clean the property was, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to LGA.

Cons:

We stopped into the bar, the gentleman jumped up from eating to welcome us. But the girl behind the bar was a little surly, and seemed annoyed that we stopped in at 9:30pm. We had a long day after 2 flight cancellations, so were just looking to relax a little. She made a point to tell us they closed at 9:30, even though the doors were open.
