Pros:

A 10-minute walk from the Chinatown area. The rooms are modern and clean. Parking is available right next to the hotel, and there is a well-equipped fitness center.

Cons:

Cars are parked and retrieved by valet staff, so during busy periods you may have to wait quite a while to drop off or pick up your car.
The hotel’s laundry facilities were out of order when we tried to use them. The immediate area around the hotel is mainly industrial, so it is not particularly pleasant to walk around at night.

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed for five nights as a family and had a good experience for most of our stay. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the valet parking worked well for us since we left our car there throughout our stay. I also especially appreciated a female staff member who worked the night shift during our stay. She was always friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed anything.

Cons:

The way our bathroom sink issue was handled could have been much better. We reported that the sink was not draining the morning after our late-night check-in and asked to change rooms. A male staff member told us changing rooms was “impossible” before maintenance inspected it.

We were already late to leave for the day and did not want anyone entering our room while we were away, so we waited for maintenance. During the repair, dirty water and debris splashed onto our belongings, mirror, and wall. Housekeeping cleaned the area afterward, but we had to clean our own belongings. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

The sink itself was a relatively minor maintenance issue. What disappointed me more was the inflexible and unsympathetic way the situation was handled. A little more understanding, professionalism, and customer care would have made a big difference.

Pros:

J'ai réservé deux chambres communicantes. Les chambres étaient propres.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner du hôtel est vraiment très médiocre à un prix élevé. Juste l'omelette et les saucisses.
Après 5 jours de check out, la somme de garantie que j' ai payé n'est toujours pas libérée.

Hidden gem
Pros:

We were stranded at LGA and grateful to find this hotel. Large, quiet room with extremely comfortable bed. We appreciated the laundry room and swimming pool (although water was very cold!) Friendly helpful staff and the airport shuttle was on time and easy to use. Also close to the subway for easy access to Manhattan.
Only negative was the charge to leave suitcase for a few hours after check out - first time I have had this in a hotel and it doesn’t seem appropriate for an airport hotel. But otherwise a great stay!
