Luxe uitstraling, prima ontbijt, goede bedden
We hadden twee enkele bedden, dit was (voor zover ik kan zien) nergens benoemd. De sensor in de badkamer is erg vervelend, als je in bad zit gaan de lampen steeds uit omdat er geen beweging gedetecteerd wordt.
Located close to the motorway. Excellent dinner and good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Allowed us to park our vehicle, which contained a lot of our belongings in front of the hotel entrance.
Erwartung erfüllt. OK für Durchreise. Dafür auch gute Lage an Autobahn.
Het ontbijt was zeer in orde. Voldoende keuze aanwezig.
De kamers waren zeer netjes.
Wij kwamen langs op een donderdag avond en dan was het een soort van zomerbar.
Hierdoor konden wij niet rustig op het terras iets drinken die avond en was het ook niet mogelijk om in het mah restaurant te eten. Hierdoor was onze beleving van het hotel direct minder goed.
Tout était très bien.
Juste devant l'hôtel : des fumeurs jettent leurs mégots dans le parterre face à l'hôtel, là où ils sont assis, ou même par terre. Il y en a une quantité considérable. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais revoir la situation (communication plus visible, cendrier mieux placé ou "coin fumeur") pour l'améliorer pourrait être un +.

That was my second stay at the hotel. There was a party at the hotel this night we stayed there. We were informed about that through an email. It was great fun and we couldn't hear anything in the room although the music was really loud all around. Parking was little difficult this time at the hotel, as it was crazy busy with cars all neighbourhood. I had to go and move my car close to hotel when party visitors started to leave the venue around midnight but that was no big deal for me as we were still dancing til then with the rest of the crowd.
Breakfast is excellent, as well as the beds and linen. Great vibe at the property overall.
Breakfast and check out time should be extended to at least one more hour. Having to leave hotel at 10:00 sounds rediculous, especially when check in time is 15:00. They don't really need whole five hours for housekeeping...
Great hotel to overnight when on a trip through or around the area. Clean, modern, comfortable.
Great breakfast with lot of choices. Comfy beds and joyful atmosphere in the rooms and in the lobby and common areas. Plenty of free parking places all around the property. Kind and attentive staff, they couldn't do more to make us feel like at home.
Breakfast finishes at 9:30- maybe 10:00 on weekends, which is rather early. Moreover, what was even more disturbing is that check out time is at 10:00. Standard check out time universaly is 12:00, but I have stayed in hotels with check out time as early as 11:00. This is the first hotel I was supposed to leave room at 10:00. We were let to have a "late check out" at 11:00, which to me sounds like a joke.
Reception closes at 23:00, and we had a late check in due to out flight in nearby Charleroi airport, but it was dealt smoothly with keys left in an envelope and using a night entrance.
The food was great, the staff were very friendly and had great english.
The bed room needed a deep clean, the walls above the bed were very dusty. The corrodors and rooms could do with fresh paint.
