Absolutely filthy dirty. Wash your bed clothes after a full day of use at the very least.
Pros:

The convenient location if you need to be in Cầu Giấy. The receptionist was accommodating.

Cons:

Upon entering the room I could smell the very strong chemical scent of air freshener. When I lay on the bed it smelled of sweaty men. I had no choice but to stay so I slept in my clothes and pulled my socks over my trousers, put my cardigan over my pillow and tried not to let anything touch my skin and waited for the morning to come. It was traumatic and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
