Amazing breakfast. Comfy bed. Clean and nice staff. Rooms are small.

Quelques petites remarques . Le ticket de parking facturé 5 euros ?
Quand on est arrivé , nous nous sommes garés au parking recommandé par l hôtel . ( qui nous a dit de ressortir la voiture pour la ra garer ds ce même parking , en nous donnant un ticket de réduction !!
Conclusion 1) on a payé 6 euros pour 4 h ,
Puis 5 euros , facturé par l hôtel , et à la sortie ce matin 19 euros !
Ça fait très cher = 40 !!! Euros Arnaque ??
Et puis … un détail , mais récurrent ds bcoup d hôtel : la douche a l italienne … hyper compliquée pour les cheveux des femmes .

Sulle economy prevederei qualche mensola o altro dove appoggiare vestiti e altro.
Cosa che non si può vedere: quel lungo lampadario che arriva in prossimità della testa sul letto, fatto ad uncinetto, ingombrante e ricettacolo di acari.
Struttura in pieno centro. Camera confortevole, siamo stati abbastanza bene!
Segunda vez no hotel e sempre muito bem recebido. Localizado boa no centro histórico e quarto tamanho bom para os padrões da Itália. Café da manhã bem variado. Recomendo

The pictures showed a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The room was tiny, the shower was the size of a test tube. Tons of construction going on. It was very disappointing.

It’s a lovely little place centrally located, very quiet, great service. The rooms are clean and well maintained if a little on the dated side. Bathrooms are modern but very small: shower was miniscule (I could barely bend over to wash my feet without knocking the door open, and I only weigh 140 lbs). The breakfast is terrific and it’s really nice to be centrally located. A great value overall but I’d say the hotel rating should be 3 stars, not 4.

Perfect location in the historic center on the city. Within walking distance of the duomo and all the sites to see in the city center. Great breakfast options.
Loved staying here. I was on the top floor with a fabulous view from the balcony. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and sparkling clean. I definitely would love to return to this hotel. It’s in a great spot. I walked from the station most days. Takes around 20 mins. There is a bus that goes up to the high town. I wouldn’t recommend walking it with luggage. It’s quite a hike uphill.
